27/02/23 rude, unpleasant and unprofessional customer service, do not recommend attending. One young female staff working - requires further training

I purchased a bottle of water on Sunday 13 Aug 2023 around 8:20am.
I was served by a white older Caucasian female (blonde hair + glasses) and I just feel it's so typical that the customer service I received was so poor.
But of course, it's not that she has bad customer service ALWAYS, because she was super friendly to the white customers who were served immediately before and after me. So she knows how to be lovely, just not to Asians.

It's 2023, not Pauline Hansen's 1990s / early 2000s.

Like every other Australian, we're just after a fair go.

The staff there named Teresa provided the worst service I ever got, she ridiculed me just because I required my receipt. Please understand people shopping here are not for taking your terrible attitude. Noticed most bad reviews were from Asian customers, if you have any problems with Asian faces, please control yourself.

Can I give them negative star? The girl is very rude. 1 water cost 4.20 and 2 for $5. We tried to buy 2 but they said can't cancel 1 we just brought to cashier. Lazy rude girl.

The amount of feedback provided to management about the extremely poor customer service and rudeness to a particular group of race, clearly they don’t care when mentioning “feedback will be provided and passed on etc” typical from management, they are just as bad as the staff they employ

Very rude customer service. I was standing at the check out for few minutes and the counter does not even look at me. Until I asked to pay then she just scan the items and not even said thank you for ask if I need a receipt. Extremely rude and level of racism is unacceptable at an international airport like this.

Terrible experience. Got charged $60 when the price tag said $55. When I pointed this out, staff just said they hadn’t had time to update prices. Won’t be shopping here again.

Outrageous prices for drinks. Get rid of these daylight robbers from the airports!
Then install more drinking fountains around the terminals.

Worst coffee ever had in my life, the girl was very rude as well

계산대에서 일하는 여자가 융통성도 없고 싸가지가 없네요. 물이 2병에 5불이고 1병에 4.20불.. 1병만 필요해서 갔다가 2병 사는 게 나을 것 같아서 바꿔달랬더니 계산 끝났다고 못 바꾼대요. 캔슬해달랬더니 캔슬도 안 된다니 어처구니가 없더라구요. 이 곳은 앞으로 보이콧 하는 걸로~
