McDonald's Townsville North Shore

We ordered a maccas bundles for 6 through menulog when we received our order it wasnt our order, we contacted menulog and reported what happened then called the northshore maccas to tell them what happened, the manager there Mel was an absolute gem although they didnt have to replace our order she went above and beyond and gave us our right order. Thank you so much Mel appreciate what you did 😊

Actually clean, good staff and they haven't gotten one of my orders wrong yet...

Enjoyed a quick impromptu stop with number one son this afternoon. Order was delivered to our table correctly, chai latte was on point YAY, little man was happy with his order. It wasn't crowded and staff were masked up. Cleanliness of table and seating was okay, however with napkins removed due to restrictions and only air dryers in the facilities I found myself looking for something to wipe over the few crumbs found on the table. Will be back another time and will take own wipes just in case. Already travel with own hand sanitizer 😊

I love getting my morning coffee and receiving the high level of customer service from this store. I have only ever had an issue once and it was resolved without any dramas.

Great quality coffee, a decent range of cakes and deserts, and all the usual Maccas norms.

Great place to come always clean and staff are friendly. Good sized play area for the kids to play in, its doored off.
The drive through is 4 out of 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐ for efficiency.
Always lots of parking each time I've gone. So, I can say it's a good maccas to group up and have a cuppa.

Came through just before 11pm, I was a bit of a whinga and acted entitled in regards to my softdrink and a gentleman named Sam handled my obnoxiousness like a professional, I tip my hat to you Sam, also Chips fresh, hot and right amount of salt.

The food is always cooked and presented well, never had a wrong order.

Great service and very clean. Staff under the pump being a new year holiday. Management should be very proud of their employees. 👍

Never had a bad order here, can be busy on Friday and Saturday nights but drive through still moved fairly quickly.

McDonalds Northshore would have to be the best! I’ve travelled up and down the east coast and stopped at other McDonald restaurants thinking I’ll enjoy the experience the same, but found many restaurants don’t provide the same service or freshness. This restaurant has the best management without the ego they work side by side with their young employees. They offer the best start to these young people without seeing them as cheap wages they see then as growing assets to better their restaurant. Well done Maccas Northshore, no wonder the drive thru lines are long (though quick) because you offer what should be the expected... Friendly helpful service, hot fresh meals & quick efficient service!

Probably one of the most professional MacD's in Townsville. I love the fresh options with real fresh Salad. I go out of my way to take my kids here as the playground is awesome for my Toddler and older one.

When I arrived this store was hectic people everywhere Manager was sweating something was wrong but wow what an outstanding effort the team and manager put in really well done. They should all be very proud.
