Karen and the girls from YVDH, were amazing. Her service while helping me decide what to wear to my brothers wedding was second to none!
There is so many dresses to choose from in an array of sizes, in the end I think i tried on about 8 dresses, all the while she was so helpful, gave her honest opinion, brought other dresses she thought I'd like and also helped keep an eye on my son while I was there. (They have a fantastic kids area)
The shop is so pretty and set out really well. It was clean, warm, has carpet in the dressing areas, and each dress has a picture and details about the dress which makes your choice much simpler.
I ended up hiring the Amanda dress, which was amazing!! Fit like a glove,
and I had so much fun wearing it. I received heaps of comments from people about how much they loved the dress and how different it was. Couldn't recommend Karen and YVDH more. Will def be back for other upcoming functions.

One of the most beautiful established dress hire venues I have visited! Well set out and loved that the dresses were assorted into dress sizes. Two storey venue with little nooks and rooms filled with beautiful stock. The change rooms, mirrors, somewhere to sit and take a photo. Well thought out. The level of service was outstanding! Their care, patience and assistance was greatly appreciated. I visited with my 16 year old daughter for Year 10 formal. We were also able to purchase accessories and underwear tape. 10/10 Customer Service! If you haven’t already found this hidden gem, get down to have a look. I visited Yarra Valley dress hire for the first time recently and was amazed at how well set out and beautiful the shop was. I had my grandson in tow and there was even a play area!! Karen and the girls couldn’t have been more helpful and quickly had me fitted out in a gorgeous dress that I felt super comfortable in and made me feel elegant and special. There is so much variety to choose from either to buy or hire and I can’t recommend the experience enough.

The seconded I opened the door they greeted me with a warm welcome, I had my 4 year old daughter with me and they also made her feel very welcomed.
I’m a size 12 and they had lots of styles in that size. I’ll 100% be back! That had to be the easiest way to find a dress!!

I’ve had the most amazing experience with this company, so convenient and the Dress was AHHHMAZZING!
When you’re finished with the dress, you just place it in the bag they provide and drop off at your local post office!

After a dress for that special occasion this is the place! Was surprised by the verity of dressed something for everyone. The attention to detail and personal care was delivered by all staff. Was welcomed by smiling faces and a space that was designed to make you feel comfortable. Personal fitting rooms, accessories was a plus. Picked the dress I liked, the staff poped them in the room as I looked around for more. Was a lovely experience would definitely recommend.

Have purchased and hired dresses from here before, the selection is amazing and they ensure to renew their collection to keep up to date with the latest trends and fashion. The staff are super helpful too. Will continue to shop here as my go to store before any event!

I highly recommend Yarra Valley Dress Hire. My in store visit last Saturday was a great experience. A large range of beautiful dresses, fit for all shapes and age. The staff are friendly and made me feel comfortable. If I need a dress and giftware, this will be my first stop.

Not a wide variety of dresses and sizes. There weren't enough dresses for a bridal party to all try on.

Greeting by owner I assume. Taken to back to look thru dresses. She explained that being MELB Cup weekend many dresses were out. Yep cool can handle that. Said look upstairs as there was more dresses up there. We went up looked and left empty handed without even trying anything on. No customer service whatsoever from the person working upstairs. She didn’t ask my girls any questions about what they were looking for, sizes, colour. Nothing.
Very disappointing.
