I had the most lovely greeting from an older gentleman standing just inside the door with the aid of a frame dressed in his IGA uniform. Welcome to Candlewood IGA he said with a smile - in a world full of negative headlines it’s nice to get some old fashion customer service - thank you sir you made my day 🙂

Very helpful owner, had a problem with an Uber eats order and they rectified with more than a reasonable alternative and gave me a few extra goodies for my inconvenience and also helped me remarkably at Christmas time with letting me use their printer and other things. The shop is very nicely presented and have great products on offer. Will always go out of my way to go to this iga

Love this IGA great fruit and produce section. It has a self serve hot food and excellent salad bar. Lots of premade tasty meals. Good vegan range could do with more. Great keto selection. Lovely staff always very helpful. Theyre similar to Framer Jack's but ALOT cheaper. Excellent trading hours and are open early on Sunday unlike most places that are caught up in WA's 11am opening time (absolutely ridiculous). Great IGA 👍

Really good shop, not exactly as cheap as the other two, but staff are great and fresh food section has excellent choice of meals made fresh on the premises.
PLUS they have Arnott's Chocolate Butternut Snap biscuits and My Muscle Chef meals which neither Coles or Woolies carry.

IGA Candlewood did our Christmas function catering and it was AMAZING! Thank you Leah and the team for the wonderful platters - everyone loved them. Great team, great job, thank you so much.

An excellent store, well layed out and awesome young staff who were friendly and helpful. We got what we went for and would definitely recommend this store to everyone.

This shop is always open early Sunday when others are shut. Now has take away meals. Friendly staff and always willing to help

Great central location for anyone in the Joondalup area to get those last minute items. A lovely family owned shop which shows in how they deal with customers.
