The team was very professional and showed a genuine interest in my needs and wants. With their help I was able to choose the perfect gift and also choose the next gift for my partner to compliment what I bought this time. I will be purchasing more in the future.

Need more varieties.

Pleased with what we purchased, but would have preferred to be told upfront, that it would not be in the store until after my wife's birthday! I don't mind waiting, but deliver what you promise, don't guild the lily!

Poor.

Sent the partners ring in to be resized, on inspection they had the wrong phone number on paperwork. Plus a pick up date 31/10 currently the 4/11. No idea where ring has gone or when it will arrive. Have tried calling multiple times however always to message bank. Had to call casuarina store to just get conformation they had open doors.

Poor customer service.
I put my ring for a cleaning and resetting of the diamond, waiting for more than a month - over the estimation date.
I called to the store and the staff - answered by Tracy said Georgia have called me and left a voice note. No one ever call me.
Disappointed of the dishonesty.

Seriously one of the worst dishonest and dodgy customer service that looped us to buy a chain worth $120 approx and charge $60 extra to get links removed. When in store they did not tell us about the extra costs to be paid, after they removed it we got a phone call saying we could pick it up, but it would cost us $60 extra.
When buying my gf told them we are traveling and the service member said, we can remove them for you, never spoke about the fact that they needed to send it to Brisbane and it would take 4 weeks. We only stayed for another 4 days. Also, the chain broke after wearing it for 24 hours!

The worst and most racist customer service I have ever encountered. My children went into the store to fix my engagement ring as a birthday present. Instead they were looked up and down, asked 150 questions, then told that they cannot do this as there is a number on MH jewelry. Yes we are Aboriginal and the ring cost $10,700, which my husband worked very hard and due to us living in the remote town of Nhulunbuy, he had to purchase it online. And this old Asian employee was giving my children the dirtiest looks as if we could not afford this calibre of engagement ring. I am disgusted, angry and disappointed that in 2023 this behavior is still happening. So they took the ring down to Hoskins and they welcomed them and took the ring and was so willing and ready to help. So Michael Hill can get stuffed from now on and I will not be going back.
