The plastic free range products are amazing. The manager is super friendly and always so helpful and gives a lot of great advice. Today however he wasn't present and instead another staff called Thea was there and was very unfriendly and even after I paid, she just didn't acknowledge me to say if the card payment was approved or not. She was just standing there ignoring me and I had to ask her if my payment was alright and everything was done. Maybe she can learn from the manager how to acknowledge customers better and if she's having a bad day then don't bring the attitude to work.

Wow, amazing friendly service! I have recently gone vegetarian/pescetarian and have been struggling to find alternate recipes that I actually enjoy. I went into the source and honestly am very impressed with the service from Thea, she greeted me upon entry to the store and provided many suggestions on substitute recipes to suit my needs. Will definitely be returning.

I was looking for the place to buy some Canberra local honey. Searched online and went to the shop yesterday. Staff were really lovely, and I’m really satisfied with honey they recommended. Definitely will come back again.

The Source Belco have good service, and a wide range of products including healthy and organic pantry items, zero waste cleaning and other household goods like baking soda and soap as well as oils, honey, and personal care stuff like shampoo and conditioner. Their rewards program will save you money too.

Absolutely gorgeous store with a ton of different nuts, grains, flours, sweets, and more, all available in bulk. Spotlessly clean and beautifully presented; some of the prices are a bit steep but I know everything's expensive these days. Friendly help in store and a great way to lighten your footprint and minimise packaging. Definitely a place I'll return to.

Stock availability has always been a little bit hit-and-miss but very friendly staff

Terrible experience! Placed online order for stock that was advertised as available. Order processed, payment made ($100+) then told “oh we don’t have that”. Asked for refund, naturally and nothing! Bunch of crooks. I will be reporting this to the ACCC. As an Australian so called business they are bound by certain regulations which they choose to ignore. Pathetic!
