Norah Head Beach Haus (Cafe & Takeaway)

We have dropped in for takeaway coffee a few times and decided to try a late breakfast. It didn’t disappoint. Everything was fresh, tasty and, given a busy time, came pretty quickly.
We had the berry pancakes, which were given all the thumbs up from the kids.
Ms 15 had the prawn tacos and gave a definite teenager grunt of delicious approval.
The afults had an Acai bowl (“super”) and a Summer yogurt bowl (also super).
The fresh ingredients were all crisp and tasty. The servings were great sizes and satisfying.
On a side note the table next to us had the fish tacos and the mushroom toast which both looked so awesome that we will be back to try them.

Cute little place, nice vibes, friendly staff, responsible price! The banana bread was delicious, warm, and buttery with added berries on top 😘🤌

Met some clients for coffee and then decided we’d have some lunch, by which time it was almost 2pm and the kitchen was about to close. However, the young staff couldn’t have been more accommodating and friendly, even with the gluten free options. As they were packing up, the lovely staff member also checked with us before she put their ‘closing music’ on, which had some swearing. How polite and respectful is that? So so impressed with this place. The coffee was fabulous too. Highly recommend for the service alone, never mind that it is a beautiful spot. ❤

The food was amazing!! Mum and I had the PB & Jam waffles and we both thought they were a beautiful balance of healthy and delicious. Not your traditional waffle flavours (banana and buckwheat waffles) but for us it was the best waffles and toppings ever!!! Dad loved his salmon and eggs too. The drinks were fabulous. The environment light and bright. Loved it. Will be back often.

Just had an incredible lunch here the girls working are very friendly lovely chilled out atmosphere.

The prawn tacos are excellent. Haven’t tried anything else because they’re so good. Generous with the prawns and yummy flavours. Beach side but under lots of trees so nice and shady/cool - Recommend!

Here's a great way to spend a couple of hours. Park at Morshead lighthouse. Walk down pass the lighthouse taking in the views. When U get to the beach turn left and track back along the quiet beach to the sandy rockpool. Up the steps to the Cafe. Have lunch then back to the car park via the well shaded nature trail.

Always an incredible coffee everytime I go! Foods always great and the quality is always consistent. The staff are so lovely and accommodating too.

We had the Wagyu burger with chips, but I didn’t want the chips. I was offered something else but wasn’t that hungry, I usually just pick at my husbands anyway. We also had a vanilla milkshake, again I had some of my husband’s drink.
The burger was great in size and taste, as were the chips! The staff were also friendly and were quick to clear the tables as t was quite busy too. Would definitely come back here. 🤗

Fantastic cafe and takeaway shop. Pet friendly if sitting outside, and the food is excellent. Fish and chips is house made, being fresh dory and beautifully light. Also got the falafel wrap, which was also excellent. And to top it all off, excellent coffee from Glee coffee roaster. An absolute must visit if you're in the area.

Norah Head Beach Haus is our favourite cafe on the Coast! You can't beat the location. We love going there with our young boys. Amazing food and drinks. Highly recommend a visit for anyone in the area.

Lovely staff, great service and a good menu they were happy to tweak as requested. So well situated for the lighthouse. And today it was perfect for a quick lunch out of the rain!

The coffee was so good and the service friendly and fast, we went to Norah Head Lighthouse for a walk and then returned for lunch.
My avocado on the sourdough was a bit light on, but full of flavour. It didn't need the 2nd slice of plain toasted sourdough hidden underneath the other slice with avocado🤷‍♀. Also way too many lattice chips on my friends steak wrap. Even with these minor peaves, It still gets ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We stopped at this cafe while visiting the lighthouse. Saw the 3.8 review overall but we was pleasantly surprised by the quality and everything was yummy! Really lovely cafe, friendly staff and good vibes! Also like the mojito kombucha

Great coffee and chips and a wonderful nature walk next to it. Great Cafe to sit and eat and using reusable cups again which is a big yeah for our environment 🙂. On second visit I was disappointed by the small amount of chips in my take away of fish and chips thst cost $20 and the very long wait to get them 😳

Thoughtful food in a gorgeous location. A short walk down some stairs to a lovely beach.

Great spot for lunch after being at the beach! Delish food and quick service.

Fantastic little cafe, comes with great service and great coffee. Inside and outside seating (with dog bowls available) parking right out the front, kids playground across the road.
This is worth a visit friendly service and resonable prices on the menu. Only open for breakfast and lunch.
