Woolworths Lake Cathie

The best supermarket in the Port Macquarie/Hastings area. The best service, the store is always clean and tidy with ample parking. The nicest people work there too, which is a really nice experience. I drive in from Port just because it's the best in the area.

Lots of parking, safe pedestrian crossing. Helpful staff, deli, fruit and vegetables.
Lots of variety with the products. We had a really lovely check out lady, she took extra care packing our shopping, putting all the heavy things on the bottom and all the cold stuff together, all with a friendly chatter and smile.
There is only one draw back....no fresh bread rolls...they are cooked and frozen. However still fresh when defrosted.

Always very friendly staff willing to help. Very clean store most time the shelves are full except sometimes during school holidays they can be depleted. Go there all the time for out weekly shopping. Lovely young guy served me today. His parents would be proud.

Nice, clean updated woolies that has self serve register's. It's large, aisle are roomy. Does not have a bakery, deli & produce is on the small side. They offer plenty of stock. It also has liquor shop inside(you need to go through to enter it). Staff are very friendly & helpful. Plenty of parking out front. Public toilets are around the corner (next to the coffee shop).

Great shop, variety, sale items, helpfulness of staff and ease of parking. The store is always clean and tidy and the new plastic shopping trolleys are fantastic, light and manoeuvrable.

The team at Lake Cathie went so far beyond the call of duty to help me with my large order, which was supplies for a group tour to Lord Howe Island. They were so supportive during the ordering process and when the shipment was delayed and hence the shipment returned, they personally helped me return my items to the shop, and refunded. I would like to mention a special thank you to store manager Kylie. You guys are are an amazing team, thank you!

Customer service is second to none. Staff are courteous, always smiling and helpful. The store itself is always clean, there's no clutter in the aisles and the shelves are stocked. Great place to shop.

Very large. Good selection. Self serve available. Adequate parking. Good open hours. Sale and clearance items available. There is a chemist, gift shop, cafe and florist in the same lot. Staff at usually friendly. The closest supermarket to the lake.
