Great selection of dishes, at very reasonable prices. Bar prices also best in Port Macquarie.
Efficient and friendly staff.
Raffles and entertainment also included. Will definitely be returning.

I played my first game of bowls here with lots of coaching 😀 had a couple of drinks and a lovely meal afterward. Friendly staff, great menu, good food.

Seems like a great little club in a nice quiet location by the seaside. I was only here for work and not for pleasure but the staff seemed genuine and friendly. Somewhere I think I'll keep in mind next time we're looking for a quiet family outing for a lunch or dinner.

Great golf course for the price. Nice layout and the greens and fairways are in top nick. I most definitely recommend having a round if in the area.

Golf course was in great condition. Fairways green and lush and greens well maintained, smooth and true. The course is challenging without being overly difficult. Staff were nice, friendly and professional.

Great day with friends at Lake Cathie for Melbourne Cup luncheon. Topped off by winning Fashion of the field.

A very good day at the Ladies 4s carnival. Well organised and a friendly club. The whole day was played in good spirits.

Excellent staff, the whole community love the bar staff members and the restaurant staff. Lovely venue Allison Mathews who is a bar staff member is loved by all. As well as another employee by the name of Marie these pair light up the club with their brilliant personality and the rapport these 2 ladies have with all the clientele at the club is fantastic.

Friendly staff, service is great and the food from the bistro is very good and they have a great special on at the moment buy a main meal for $15 and get a drink with it (beer, wine or a softie), i think its only for lunch not sure (Tue-Sun) Meals are a good size too and fresh.

Have only been there on three occasions. Their take away baked dinners are yummy. They vary the different roast meats each night. They are all great.

We were very impressed with the quality of food. The kids meals were very generous sizes. Friendly atmosphere with a lovely outlook across the lake and ocean.

Smaller club, friendly, good food at very reasonable prices.
Well worth a visit.

Staff are super friendly, great live music on weekends and The Waterview Restaurant is an absolute hidden gem! Great Chinese & Vietnamese menu!!! Worth trying!!

I used to come here with my mum many years ago. There was one time we came here and I had no money whatsoever. I was watching the Keno and watching the numbers to get an idea of how often the Most Drawn Numbers came out. It was then I decided to write out 8 numbers for the 8 Spot (back then the jackpot was nearly $50,000) and I sat to watch the next game just to see what numbers came out. Stupid me didn't bother to ask my mum for a simple $1.......because the whole 8 numbers I chose came out! I was kicking myself because I would've been nearly $50,000 richer that day! Mum was like, "Why didn't you ask me for a dollar?" I was like, "I didn't think the whole 8 numbers would come out the next game!"

For some reason, the place name has changed. I've never been to this club in my life! This review was for Morisset Country Club, not Lake Cathy Bowling Club.....which I've never heard of or been to!

Great little club, food is delicious, my only criticism is only a small one is that it's hard to dance on carpet.
