Little Palm Cabins

Perhaps a bit pricey - but our cabin was surprisingly nicely decorated and very clean so that compensated. There were a lot of emails and texts before we arrived - a bit of overkill. But Jess stopped by very soon after we arrived, having completed self check in. Very friendly and helpful. Small request maybe: a 'soft' light for watching TV. Well-located near the local shops and cafe within walking distance for a great breakfast and coffee. Overall, a very pleasant stay thanks.

Normally wouldn't say the bathroom is the best part of the room but it was amazing, nice hot water and great decor too!

Lovely owners - Ben and Jess - who made us feel super welcomed and comfortable. The whole cabin is beautiful and the neighbourhood is calm and peaceful. If you’re awake after midnight, you’ll get to see beautiful stars.

Some of the best dog friendly accommodation we stayed in on our recent trip. Clean and had everything you could need. We were very comfortable there. Not a lot to do at lake Cathie but only 10 mins to port Macquarie. Keep up the good work.

WOW what a little gem this place is. Lake Cathie is beautiful and the cabins at Little Palm Cabins are also beautiful. They are very well appointed, everything has been thought through so carefully. We stayed in a studio cabin which we really enjoyed. And what is even more exceptional is the service. We arrived from Sydney with a rescue dog, that we had just picked up and we were welcomed so warmly, the studio was prepared for us and we were even able to wash our dog (after a month in a pound he needed it). We were only there for a night, but we will be back with our dogs to enjoy Lake Cathie and Little Palm Cabins - Thank you.

Little palms was lovely. We thought the bed was so comfy and the room was super cosy. The shower was incredible. We loved all the finishing touches. From the body wash, to the towels, and all the added extra's that were given to make it feel like you had your own little kitchen. We could see that each little part of our cabin was designed and decorated so meaningfully. We love that it was eco friendly and practical. It was a lovely last stop on our drive back home!

Clean, quiet, really well laid out, and just a walk away from the bakery for breakfast. Friendly staff, we really enjoyed our stay here.

I was so impressed by how clean and beautiful this place is. We stayed for 5 nights in a dig friendly cabin. It was spacious, clean and quality utensils, cookware. Excellent location, 5 min walk to the water. Staff are friendly and the whole complex is very well maintained and soooooo clean. I am definitely going back. Thank you.

We stayed here for a week over the Christmas and New Year break. The cabins exceeded our expectations, they are so clean and well laid out for a family of four. The kitchen is also very well equipped filled with quality kitchenware, a large fridge freezer, and if you don’t feel like cooking inside, you’re welcome to use the BBQ area. The wardrobe space and linen cupboard was large enough to fit all our clothes and it meant that everything stayed tidy and packed out of sight. Woolies, BWS, servo are within walking distance along with a couple of great cafes. The nearby beach/lake area is perfect for everyone. Jess and Ben are fantastic, always smiling, very hospitable and always happy to help! We can’t wait to return to Little Palm. Absolutely Loved it. Thank you for having us.

Clean and cosy rooms with everything you could possibly need!

Jess & Ben were great to deal with from booking to checkout. We stayed in the big cabin, at first I thought the price was a bit high, but the quality and cleanliness of the place was well worth it. They even had usable cookware and sharp knives in the kitchen! Would recommend for a laid-back family holiday.

Jess took great care of us and ensured we would be comfortable and happy. The rooms are clean, tastefully put together, and comfortable and the dog friendly option was a life saver. So glad we stayed and will be back!

We loved our stay at Little Palm Cabins on our road trip from Qld to Melbourne. Cabin was equipped with everything we needed and the bed was extremely comfortable. Great location as well, just a short walk from the supermarket and a few takeaway shops. We will be back!! Thank you :)

Great experience in two person cabin at Little Palms. Booked through Airbnb and had no issues, easy self check in, and was very clean on arrival. Cabins are in very good condition and have everything you need. It's really nice having a mini kitchen in the cabin and also communal BBQ facilities. Excellent shower as well. Good location close to the beach.

Friendly, clean and professional, Jess amazing nothing is any trouble and will accommodate when possible, stayed here 5 times now never had a complaint or a problem

Jess was a great hostess, always smiling and happy to help us when I asked how to work the stove lol
Great cabins, very clean, all utensils and cookware.
Kitchen was great with enough room for two of us to work in side by side.
Showers are awesome, BIG plus for me.
Beds were great, we had the two room cabin with a Queen in one room and double bunks and single in the other room.
No need to bring linen or bedding as they supply everything.
Just bring your toothbrush and toothpaste and if you prefer your own toilet paper bring some, but they do supply.
We’re definitely coming back next year.
Cabins are close to Port Mac and we even drove out to Coffs for the day.
The big thing for me was you don’t have to worry about climbing stairs or staying in a motel with a million other people, crossing paths in the hallway.

Had a fantastic 2 nights at Little Palms. Jess is an amazing host with a wealth of local knowledge. Our cabin was immaculately clean and everything in it has been carefully thought about. We enjoyed the communal herb garden for us to cook breakfast and dinner for 2 days. It was the perfect getaway for our anniversary and we are looking forward to returning again! Thanks, Kit and Anna.
