Went in today to purchase kitchen appliances. After spending time searching through their stock and lining up to be served, I was told they are cashless. Only one sign stating this in the whole store, and this is located on the bench at the cash register. Not a single sign on the door or throughout the store. Left the products there and took my business elsewhere. Customers need to be made aware of their Cashless transactions before spending considerable amounts of time in the store. Felt my time was wasted by this store not accepting legal tender and having no warnings before hand.

After seeing an item on the website advertised on special I looked to see if it was in stock, it said it was. I went into the store and looked for the item but couldn't see it. Went to the counter to ask and the woman had no idea what I was talking about saying we have nothing like that. I had to get my phone out and show her on the website, she said oh we may have it out the back but it's showing full price. I said no I'm not paying that much, she acted like it was a huge inconvenience. I came home ordered it online for click and collect at the special price and 5 minutes later get an email saying it's ready to collect!!! So you did have it and could have given it to me

My partner was very upset after being told at the checkout that they don't accept cash. We need to boycott stores that refuse cash or pretty soon they all be doing it. And believe me, that will not benefit us.

Stamped prices are hugely inflated to seem like you're getting a good deal. Cannot return purchases directly to the store unless within 24 hours. Have to go online and request a refund and they either pay for the shipping, or request you return to another store that you did not purchase from. Also, many other items are non refundable.
If you're planning on buying a gift for someone I'd suggest going elsewhere as the difficulties in returns have given a bad experience.

Working in retail as a store manager for over 20 years this would have to be one of the most unprofessional, unorganised and dysfunctional stores I have walked into
I know it's Christmas and I know you are all moody and want to go on breaks but complaining in front of your customers while trying to pop through a refund on a item that was overcharged by $100. Is a little bit unnecessary. Paying $199.99 for an item that was supposed to be $99.99 is a massive difference.
When I asked if the item could be refunded the 100 was told this could not happen the item would have to be refunded the full amount 199.99 and I would have to pay the 99.99. So I'm out $300 until the refund is processed. As we are so close to Christmas and with the public holidays I doubt I will get this refund in the next few days
Will never recommend or ever step foot in this store again.

Forgot card home and Wouldn’t take my cash, probably use the excuse that it has germs but some reason 100’s of people constantly touching the same pans their selling doesn’t have germs
