Sales were great, well stocked. We were greeted the moment we walked through the door. The staff were very friendly and approachable. Gave great advice and suggestions.

Store was well organised and clean. Easy to navigate.

I have done three click and collect orders now from the Blackburn store . I cannot speak more highly of their customer service.
They’ve changed over my lid on my large water bottle after I smashed it the very first trip to work 😞
Just the other day I had my preschool grandkids in the car and called the store and they kindly brought my order out .

Small things like this make me want to shop again at this store !

Blackburn Kathmandu have friendly staff. I bought two items from Doncaster Westfield shopping centre and staff there refused to exchange them a day after purchasing, giving nonsense excuses! Angela in Blackburn Kathmandu was lovely and very helpful with the exchange of the items.

Larger store than some in shopping centres so you have more options. Easy to park. Good quality, have had some clothing for many years and treat it pretty roughly when out in the wild. Staff are friendly anfmd helpful.

This is a large Kathmandu store, so it's really easy to see all of the lines and make comparisons. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Parking is usually fine.
