After looking at prices and reviews of a number of places I decided to try E&S.

Wow, Ben gave me amazing service for my fridge and washer!

I had already researched what I wanted and he checked stock, showed the items to and provided information about some of their variants.

The showroom is immaculate, very well setup and easy to navigate.

After Ben helped me get the items paid for he explained the service delivery and removal options clearly, booked a date for delivery and I walked out a happy customer.

A few days later I received a text confirming my delivery window to within 2 hours.
On the day of delivery the team was on time, and installed everything, including taking back the packaging.

Mum and I got that E&S feeling when Priyanka assisted mum with quotes for choosing a new dishwasher. Pri also explained the ordering and installation process for different brands and most magnanimously recommended a rival dealer to purchase a microwave oven, where we got a separate deal. Mum took a week to make her dishwasher decision so I took her back and Ben assisted her to complete her purchase and then installation booking. He patiently explained everything and gave a discretionary discount and humourously presented mum with the "world's largest receipt", which was printed in 70+ point font lol. Thank you Pri and Ben for your professional assistance, you're both very respectful operators and your manager must be proud of your contributions and efforts. We appreciated it.

Very comprehensive showroom with lots of examples on the floor. Really appreciated Nick’s help. He was super exceptional and really knew his stuff. Very clean showroom and convenient parking out back.

Her service was exemplary and professional and she went over & above with looking after me & sourcing a particular vacuum cleaner, & then matched its price that was advertised elsewhere.
I love e&s, their service and advice.

*I will say initially no staff member approached us regarding offering help, or even to issue a smile…which was disappointing.
However, once we overcame that hurdle….we were treated so professionally and the interaction between Allison & us was effortless and we shared some laughs along the way.

I’ve just left the store having spent some very productive time with Jason and now have a clear idea of what kitchen appliances I want for my new kitchen. Jason was very helpful.

We are building a new house and needed to buy all of our appliances. I was totally overwhelmed when I entered the store as they have a massive selection!! I was then helped by Iris who was so helpful and made it all very easy. I wanted to order the items and have them held until the build was ready to fit them into cabinetry etc and this was offered at no charge, so I bought and paid for the items when there was a sale and they were ready to be delivered when I needed them which was so helpful! I also added a dryer a couple of months into having the items stored at their warehouse and it was no problem at all to add it to the order. The customer service I received from Iris through the whole process has been amazing and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend buying all of your expensive household fixtures from the team at E&S in Blackburn! Can’t wait to finally have them all installed into our new house 😊

We’ve renovated many many times and every time we go in and see Daniel because of his his product knowledge, he knows what we like to buy, and delivers the best products at the best prices for us and goes to amazing lengths for us. We send our friends to him over the years. We’ve gotten to hear about his family, over the years and we get to see baby photos and every time. I had 3 interactions in the last year or so with E&S Blackburn. First bought a microwave which I ended up returning and got a refund with no hassles at all. Then bought a washing machine online, most competitive price and included delivery, install and removal of old appliance. Just bought a fridge as well after walking in store. Received great service and not pushy. Our old fridge died the day after and once I explained our situation they moved the original delivery date to the next day!

Awesome customer service and friendly staffs in E&S Blackburn. Bought the tapwares and toilet from them. Special thanks to CJ for going extra miles in sorting out the toilet replacement at a short notice!

Would highly recommend it to anyone. We were after a new washing machine and the sales person Greg was exceptional. He was so helpful and in no way pushy which is what you want. He explained things so well and was just a pleasure to be helped by such a friendly person.

We purchased an AEG front loader and dryer from E&S Blackburn and was very impressed with the service we were given - the sales person was very knowledgeable, thorough and helpful. They were delivered when they were supposed to and was installed on Wednesday 28/12/22. The installers were very helpful, respectful and careful. They were very happy to answer my questions and went through everything with me!

I desperately needed a replacement Blanco sink waste and overflow after they were lost during our build and the plumbers were onsite. Henry and the Blanco rep were lifesavers, providing these parts for me free of charge. Fantastic service!

The best home appliance centre ever. Have used them for the whole 10 years I have been in Melbourne and all that time, Daniel Ryan has always looked after us with unbeatable prices and service!
