Wonderful shopping experience from over the phone helpful advice to online shopping and delivery. And the surprises on opening the parcel. Beautifully wrapped, more perfume samples and 'secret treat". I can't speak highly enough!

Fragonard Diamant Parfum Estagnon is a truly divine fragrance. I am a long time loyal customer of Taylor Francis & Co either in store or online and every purchase has been a happy experience. I Love the team at TF too, everyone is "extra". Extra Kind, extra helpful. I also buy alot of my clothes at Taylor Francis. Totally recommend a visit to the store in Blackburn or online you will be glad you did

Wonderful experience. First time shopper. Researched the shop online because I was looking for Fragonard product.

The two ladys were super helpful with me making a decision on which one, letting me test each product.

Overseas shipping was offered on products not in stock due to me being on holiday, which I happily accepted.
Highly recommend spending time in this beautiful shop.

I bought a bottle of their perfume for my girlfriends 21st birthday, and I was delighted with their attention to detail with the order. It was beautifully wrapped, had are samples inside and also had a personal thank you note from the team. Amazing service, and I would definitely recommend buying from them. 5 Stars from me!

A stylish specialty shop with gifts, decorations and homewares. Their Christmas display was both classy and poignant. Great little shop to pick up a treat for yourself or a loved one.

Like a treasure chest filled with the most beautiful, the most desirable things. I can buy gifts here for absolutely anyone, from baby boys to great grandmas. Staff are friendly and never pushy...lovely atmosphere

The first time I stepped into Paula's shop...wow! There is literally something for everyone. I have my whole family sorted for Christmas, and I didn't even have to think about it! Highly recommended :)
