SNARKY RUDE STAFF WHO LIKE TO SPEAK DOWN TO THEIR CUSTOMERS! If I could leave 0 stars, it would be a much more accurate rating for this store.
Visited this store and wanted to purchase a few items and get rid of some loose change. I tried to pay for my items with some 50c coins only for the man working behind the counter to ask me “can I refuse this sale?” I asked why and he told me he has “too many coins already”. I informed him that he can visit the bank to swap it & if he does not want to take the coins then I will have to leave my items. He then snapped and told me to just hand it over, snatched the money up from the counter, counting it all the while huffing and puffing as he was doing so. After I paid and was getting ready to leave the man snapped and said “you think you’re so smart? We don’t take $10 in coins” (it was actually $5 in 50c pieces). These staff are absolutely horrible people.

Rude owner. Bought a doorbell - choose their most expensive doorbell as I wanted something to really last. Within a month+ it stopped working, changed all the batteries and tried but it didn't work. Tried to talk to them about that. I was simply hushed away rudely by the owner. First they said I must bring the receipt and when I managed to show them a proof of purchase they were like oh you should have come earlier! Well I couldn't have come any earlier due to the lockdown. Anyway I simply left as I couldn't take their rude behaviour. Will not be coming back here ever.

Don't try to bring anything back here unless you want to get verbally abused. I purchased earphones from here and brought them home only to find out they were faulty and didn't work so I decided to bring them back and the rudest lady screamed at me creating a scene saying that they weren't faulty and that there is a no refund policy which is illegal and she didn't believe me. She ended up plugging the earphones into her phone to try them out for herself and putting them in her ears! The owner end up coming over and allowed the refund and the earphones were then placed back ON THE SHELF for someone else to buy even though they are faulty and she just tried them out, how disgusting!

Rude owner doesn't know what she sell. Started shouting when try to return wrong stuff.

An unhappy shopping experience, the staff knows nothing about what they have and just ask me to check by myself with bad attitude. One staff coughed several times which caused concerns.
