I purchased some sensory items to help my daughter with her anxiety and so impressed. The jellyfish lamp is AMAZING, we got the light up butterflies as well as the weighted lizard. she is so impressed and so am i. will absolutely recommend and will buy again from William Ready :)

Ordered a product, received multiple spam emails, then order was cancelled. If they had any idea about disabilities, they'd know not to do that. Never again, I'll shop elsewhere.

Edit: To reply: I ordered a product, I didn't sign up for spam emails and a life story. So I used 1 swear word in my tiny request, poor you, no need to get all self entitled and judgy judgy then cancel an order without even an explanation. So you have the energy to send a "welcome" email, and a "catalogue" of "new items" and a "you might like these" and happy to try to push more overinflated items on me at the expense of NDIS and the taxpayer, but no energy to ask "please don't swear". I simply asked "please don't spam me" and stated "I don't care who the *&^% you are" (see I'm not ashamed of my part in this, I'll share it). I'd hate to see you try to Teach Your Son Responsibility, looks like you don't have any. You're example here is to Cry and Throw a Tantrum and Cancel the order. FYI, I'm not your Son, and I'm not a Child, if I want to swear, that's my Decision, and my RIGHT. If you don't like it it, you have the RIGHT to ask me not to, you didn't exercise that right. If you'd asked, I'd have agreed, and we'd of had a mutual arrangement. I see you were outraged by the F word, well I was outraged by Spam and Sales pushing from a Company Claiming to be Disability Friendly. And using the "My Son is Disabled" I find even further outrageous, it's like saying "I'm not racist, my Friend is Black"
