Purchased a battery for my 4WD. Good, Australian-made product at a good price. Delivered by post (freight) in quick time. Very happy.

I placed an order on the 30th Nov for a Birthday on the 21st Dec. I did not hear from them even though I sent an email. On the 15th of Dec I called the Caloundra store , spoke to Dave who was extremely helpful and called me on the 18th as promised to update me. I received my order on the 20th of Dec. Thank you Dave, you were friendly and helpful and saved the day.

I bought the Makita Maccess x200 kit. I then read the reviews and was a bit worried, so I contacted customer support. They were very helpful and prompt with a reply. My package turned up fast, and was very well (safely) packed. I also received a $100 wine voucher. Thank you very much! 👍

Just visited this business in the hopes of finding an obscure socket for my wife's car. Although not stocking the item in question, both gents at the counter were really helpful and, going above and beyond, searched online and managed to source the part interstate. I read the reviews for Get tools Direct after I saw that they had the product (paslode nail gun combo) that I wanted online at a great price. Mostly good reviews, but it was the bad ones that made me worry. The bad reviews were mainly about shipping and products being out of out of stock. So I called the Caloundra store and dealt with Paul. He was great. He confirmed that they had the product in stock and even went as far as to set aside that product while I completed my online purchase. He said that they were packing orders that day, which was Saturday (they probably pack order other days also?), and that they would dispatch my order on Monday. My order arrived Wednesday. Professional and efficient service. Thanks guys

Have been buying from this store for years on ebay. I have never been disappointed or dissatisfied upon opening my packages. In my opinion I the get best service and pricing that one could find on the net, postage is mostly free or very reasonable given the weight of a couple of items I have purchased. Excellent customer service and communication, I received my ordered battery promptly, it would not charge, the battery was returned postage paid by them, they tested it and found it faulty, they then forwarded me an UPGRADED battery that works fine. Cannot speak highly enough of their commitment to satisfy my order. Thank you.

We have now purchased a few items from Autoelec. We have only had one issue with an item. We purchased the items through ebay and when they didn't arrive by the due date I followed up. Peter was most helpful. He followed up things at his end and kept us informed on progress. We have now received our item and couldn't have been happier with the service we received. I have purchased several items over a number of years. Goods have always been well packaged & arrived promptly.
I recently had a warranty claim with a battery charger 2 years into the 5 year warranty period. Autoelec examined the charger, confirmed that it was faulty & replaced it with a new one immediately.
Excellent customer service in my book & I will happily deal with the company in the future.

A long term purchaser from Autoelec. All of my purchases have been as expected with delivery times great. I recently ordered some Battery cable on a Sunday and somehow it arrived by Australia Post the next day (Monday), still haven't worked out how they did it. I have recommended Autoelec to quite a few of my friends who report similar experiences to mine. I sent them an item query this morning and received a reply by return email. Fantastic service.

Happy to recommend this company. Had a minor issue with a faulty item (tyre cover). Contacted company and received an immediate response. Offered to send a replacement and reply paid postage bag for return of faulty item. Replacement was sent very promptly and return post was a simple process. Will happily purchase from this company again.
