RSEA Safety Penrith

Had such an amazing experience with such a nice young lady named Lauren, I was unsure on sizes for pants and boots yesterday and she helped me kindly and amazingly. She showed me all the different styles and helped me pick the best ones that would suit my job as im a plumber. And even helped me out with an embroidery order, even though she wasn't sure, she helped me the best I believ she could. I havent had such an amazing customer service experience in such a long time, my co workers will be in too. She was polite and kind and such a bubbly person, will definitely be coming back. Please let her know how happy I am.

I received the most amazing customer service from Caitlin. Wow, super impressive. Service with a smile & totally went the extra mile to make it happen for me. We need more Caitlin's in the service world, that's for sure

Came into this store for a bit of everything since I just started a new job, I was served by this amazing worker who made the experience absolutely delightful considering the lockdown we are currently in, it’s nice to receive amazing service! I believe she said her name was Zoe. Would definitely be back for more gear soon !!

Excellent service by staff, helpful- without annoying interruptions. So many beautiful boots, I spent 70 minutes and still couldn't decide. I'll return when I really need something.

I am size xl. I went to this store to buy enough shirts for a week's work for my new job but couldn't as there was only one of each size. The 2 staff members were having a great conversation amongst themselves. In the future I will possibly use this store as a fitment station then get the gear online.

I really want to like this store but unfortunately even after having a trade account set up with the Penrith branch; the service, wait times & communication isn't quite what we need.

No customer service. Was.tryi g on boots for 10-15 min. Two staff standing g at front desk offered no help. Walked out without buying anything.

Extremely disappointed
Took my girlfriend to get a new pair of boots on November the 19th , they didn’t have what she wanted but assured us they could order them in . I asked how long and was told two weeks. After two weeks of no communication from store we called to find out the order hadn’t been placed yet …. Ok sure . Won’t be receiving them before Xmas then . We waited, called again a few weeks later , no one knew anything, we’ll call you back …… this has now gone on for months until today . My girlfriend has lost patience after almost 3months of lies . They blame the supplier. But all this time had no interest in customer service and we are going in store for a refund and will shop elsewhere. Will never shop here again .

Couldn't keep their stock levels consistent with their online server. Would have saved a trip..
