I came into purchase serviettes (best value on the north shore!). A very helpful sales person,Joanne, was chatting with me and I ended leaving with a coffee machine. Couldn't be happier.

Looking to purchase induction cooking pans. Had so much clearly and carefully explained to me by a polite and friendly young man. Felt we got a good deal along with excellent service

Took what I thought was a faulty item back here, and the manager carefully explained that the item was in fact working as intended. She showed me how to use it and took the time to make sure all was good. Appreciate the time.

Called in a Saturday morning looking for a pressure cooker, and not only was the last very polite and knowledgeable, she went to great lengths to help even though they didn't have the item I wanted. Will be back for future purchases. Thanks again.

A great kitchen supply store! They had everything I needed. While the store layout is a bit confusing, maze-like even, the staff are knowledgeable and friendly and can direct you with ease. Their pricing is pretty average for a kitchen store, but they definitely look nicer than other kitchen stores around. Will be coming back!

I went in to HQ artarmon with looking for a mattress in mind. I noticed this new store, so went to have a look. Very nicely layed out and super attentive staff. I bought a roasting pan and rack for it. The prices are good and I like the fact that you can return for a refund, not a credit note for change of mind if the item is not opened or used. Good luck. I wanted to say thank you to the Kitchen Warehouse Artarmon for their swift and professional handling of a product issue. I purchased a knife set and one of the knives snapped due to a defect. Without question the team organised a replacement knife. Delighted with their fair handling of the problem. Will buy my products from there again. Cheers

I was looking at an item online and needed additional information so called the store. A very friendly lady called Macarena (like the song :D ) answered and was extremely helpful! Literally checked everything about the item and got back to me! Thank you and highly recommended!

Been here a few times always neat and tidy. Staff have always been helpful especially when I was buying the knives and they let me handle them.

I came in last Thursday and received the most amazing customer service ever. Two older ladies served me and helped me figure out what pans i would needed. they gave me so many tips on cooking food i didnt even know I needed. I cant thank them enough
