A True Gem!

Thanks to Tyla and the crews warm and friendly demeanor immediately put me at ease. She greeted me with a sincere smile and approached me with an eagerness to assist. Her knowledge about the products and willingness to answer my questions was truly remarkable. Tyla not only guided me through the store, but she also took the time to understand my needs, preferences, and budget

I was always so scared to enter this shop because they don't have the stuff that I like but this shop had everything I wanted. Cargo pants to extremely nice shirts, from baggy to tight. I forgot her name but this woman helped me and it was a 100% great experience, she got a perfect fit of cargo pants for me that were new and perfect. I liked everything I got from Universal store. I'll definitely be back.

Louise was great. Helped finding shorts even though they didn’t have the ones I wanted. Very kind and nice store.

Be careful who can hear what your saying in store
Some girls with bigger frames have every right to try in what ever they choose and it’s your job to ensure from customer service point of view to make sure every person that comes in regardless of size walks out feeling good about themselves
Totally disgusted

I attended the shop with my 2.5 year old, I was asked for my daughter to stop touching everything. I then went to pay at the front counter and have never been treated so rudely in my life. Will not be going back to the Eaton store.

Yep it's true customer service sucked. But if you can run in and out quickly with purchase to avoid the rudeness is the best way. But what you may expect from a retail shop.
