Returned a faulty garment to them a week after purchasing. They refused a refund or credit as I had cut off the tags (who wears the tags under their shirt for the day?).
The store kept the bra, I tried to call Lorna Jane, but you can’t because they don’t have a phone number on their website. Got on the online chat and they requested either photos of me in the bra to send to them online, or have a store worker assess me wearing the bra shirtless to demonstrate it faulty. Neither was I comfortable doing.
Lorna Jane refused to return the bra unless I paid for postage! So, Im out of pocket and they still have the bra.
