House Essentials

I found myself 6 photo frames short for a collage I am making for my daughters wedding. I contacted the supplier and they gave me a list of stores. House Essentials got in contact with almost immediately after I sent my enquiry. They have gone out of there way to box and send the frames to me and kept me informed about the process all the way. I give 5 stars and a hearty thanks to the whole team.

I love this shop. Great for party decorations, arts and craft supplies, greeting cards, & homewares. I always enjoy browsing the aisles.

Bloody rip off and a half. Tried to sell a blow up pool that you can literally buy from Kmart and big w for $20 / $30max for bloody $100 .. like what a rip off then when I told them your ripping us off you can get them for $20 - $30 from Kmart or big w she called owner to tell him the price is incorrect and then he lowers it down to $70 for a little blow up pool not even adults can swim inside it . It was literally a kids blow up pool lol don’t go here everything is overpriced. I ended up at Kmart and got a pool for $29 was the exact same size.

Guys where intimidating a young lady trying to return product due to major failure. Very rude and owners. They need to learn consumer law before dealing with customers. I personally wouldn't shop there again after witnessing what i did. Shop use to be good now it's just full of the same junk you find on ebay from china.

Liars and theifs they refused to return a faulty item after one day that it was bought.the ladies are so rude.never go there the products are all chinese alrubbish as the service.horrible people
