I've visited this site a few times over the last few months, alongside the Stocklands site and I have to call out Raquel. Raquel was absolutely wonderful on my last visit to the Bokirna store, providing me down to earth helpfulness and friendliness. Raquel made my day that day, and she provides a great example of what a customer service superstar looks like! Raquel... thanks again :)

I thought about writing the whole reason as to why I’m leaving this review but thought whats the point. End of the day the blonde lady that was working tonight was extremely unwelcoming or friendly and felt like I was taking to long in the store. Being new to the area I was excited to have this as a local, but I’ll now just hold out for the new one to open in Seanna and sadly I won’t be recommending this place purely on her. She stood at the counter dropping the eft machine up and down at the counter, it made me feel like I needed to be out of there asap.

Don't price match at all. Overpriced
