I bought a $60 suitcase from Kmart which was a mistake, it broke at the Melbourne airport not 48 hrs after buying it. Russell at Rolling Luggage was very helpful and understanding, showing me the features of a new suitcase I chose and how to use it, which was on sale from $350 down to $190. Facilitated a spot to transfer luggage and discarded of my old suitcase for me. Excellent service.

my wife was unable to unlock her luggage due to incorrect pin code setting. Mel, Zehra and Sophie were doing their best to help her. This happened a couple of months ago when we were going to Bali. We really appreciate their help and their excellent customer services.

SUPER HELPFUL AND AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! Today before my flight I was in need of a carry on bag and I was served by a lovely lovely lady by the name of Sabah. She helped me with all my needs, was super helpful, kind and extremely patient with all my questions and needs despite only being 6am in the morning dealing with my preflight stresses. Nat at Rolling Luggage was an absolute life saver helping me to reset the combination on my suitcase. I had set it incorrectly in the early hours before my flight and Nat was so kind as would d have had to break the lock on a brand new suitcase otherwise. Highly recommended what a great company.
