Great local Woolworths that compliments the other larger one in Carnegie. The store is well managed and always has what you need. The access ramp is a tad inconvenient but that about all I could critique it on. It is complemented with an attached bottle store which is also well managed and you can guarantee a smile every time.

Great store, professional behaviour from staff and they all know how to assist with requests properly (Will often take you to the aisle).
The deli staff are the friendliest bunch and always brimming with positivity.

Purchased a home brand product that I really thought they should look at keeping. Very keen to hear my review because only want to keep good products. Were going to relay my opinion further. Refunded my money (2 of the same item & worth $8) even though no receipt. Asked me only to take photo of the 2 barcodes & show to store when in next - had thrown items in bin. Great servìce!

This is my local store & I went in to ask about two unavailable products. Tym advised me that he will enquire & will attempt to get these products into the store. He was very polite and showed real interest in the needs of his customers.
Woolworths you must commend him for his pro- active attitude.

I watched Tym's interactions with his staff and he is terrific in the way in which he interacts and encourages his young team members. What an amazing young man!! He is a real team motivator & always has a good word to say to his team . This quality in managers and team leaders is extremely rare nowadays,and is especially impotrant during these hard times of the pandemic.

Please continue to promote this young man because we definitely need some bright young people in our Woolworths stores.

Good layout, many aisles with heaps of products. Also includes an Asian grocery selection. Reasonably priced. Parking can be a challenge with all the peanuts behind the wheel nowadays.

It was a normal days shopping when a friendly employee in one of isles began talking to me about the weather and stuff...
She was so very pleasant and delightful. Its good to know that safeway hires such friendly and caring staff ☺

* Today I received excellent customer servich from Ishwar the fresh produce staff member.
Ishwar is very efficient
and he helped me find the freshest lettuce, selected only the best vegetables and didn't mind bringing produce from storage out for me.
I give Ishwar 5/5 stars for his customer service because It's people like him who make neighbourhood shopping a great experience.👍

Large woolies like most supermarkets it had a huge range this one in particular had a medium to large range. The store was nice and clean and the staff were all very helpful even taking the time to walk me to a few items I couldn't find and they did it with a smile! :)

Is one I've seen time and time again , follow , harass , to the point that I even saw one young Lady in tears and so very upset. No one needs the grocery shopping to be such a emotional stressed out chore. All I can say is , "thank you online shopping" . You should be taken off the floor and away from customers..

This is the bigger Woolies in Carnegie. It's in Carnegie central so parking is easy . Also Aldi is on same building

Friendly, old fashioned, personalised service that you don't expect to find in a supermarket chain store. The staff here really do care...

Helpful staff specially when your debit card isn't been accepted they hold your items and wait till you get your partner to come and complete the transaction excelente

The best woolworths store I have ever been to. Great staffs, neat and clean as always. BWS within the store. Great food range.
