Officeworks Carnegie

The young printing staff at this store are so friendly and extremely good their jobs. In the last week I have needed very specific and custom print jobs on small and large scales. On two different occasions I had two different staff members who took the time to give good advice on not only the best way, but also most cost effective way to go about it.
I really appreciated how they didn’t rush the jobs to get subpar results and cared about the job they were doing! Definitely recommend the printing team here if you need custom jobs!

Excellent service today when buying a desktop screen. I dealt with a few staff who were very responsive and kind. One young man offered to take my purchase to my car.

This officeworks is always so accomodating. I recently had an amazing experience with Rikki at the printing desk. She was so helpful and kind and ensured I had everything I needed.
Her friendly attitude was really appreciated when I was in a bind.

I am just home after being at Officeworks Carnegie for over an hour, trying to print out some travel documents. I was so fortunate to have had Jatin assist me. He navigated extremely confusing instructions, encountering multiple impediments on the way, and was finally able to get to the successful point of printing them out. I am so grateful as without his help, done so willingly and with courtesy, I would not have been able to produce the required documents. Thank you so much Jatin

Needed to print 2 A0 posters at the last minute and while they were unable to accommodate my request Kellie was extremely helpful in addressing my concerns and helping me locate a store (Mentone) that would be able to accommodate my urgent request. She was extremely courteous and supportive of my needs! Thanks so much!

Went there to buy couple of things. Service was good. Product was found. Prices seems lower than competitors. Closes late. Would highly recommend for Students living near Monash University. International students can look for things after arriving in Australia here. It's closer from the Dudley street accommodation and students living near Caulfield campus.

I wanted to give some genuine positive feedback to Lyn who works at this Officeworks. Lyn was very helpful and patient with me when I was looking at the Kindles and wasn't sure which one to get. Lyn answered all of my questions with genuine detail and was very respectful, genuine and professional. Lyn's customer service was excellent and I'm definitely looking forward to getting a new kindle thanks to the help and time of Lyn. Thanks heaps Lyn! You're doing awesome work!

Great service! Helpful employees and great range of office-y things

As far as customer service goes, Ed at the printing counter was so helpful. He was patient to go through printing and binding options. You felt heard and understood and your needs met.

I was very impressed yesterday while I was at the Carnegie Officeworks. I approached a salesperson and just as I was about to ask a question a man just shouted out his question for some help also. I just left it and kept searching for what I want. The salesperson (who wore a bindi) searched the store for me and asked me if there was anything he could help me with and solved my problem right away. That was excellent customer service and very hard to find.

A special thank you to Murphy who went above and beyond yesterday when my toddler had a total meltdown when I came in to buy staples. Murphy stayed with me and kindly offered various supports to help me make the purchase and get everyone back to the car as calmly as possible. Every step of the way she was professional and personable and incredibly kind and thoughtful. Thank you Murphy ☺

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at this Officeworks location, not being a local was not sure which officeworks to go to as I am a truckie travelling from Sydney down the east coast through Traralgon and stopped off in Carnegie for some Vietnamese lunch and to bought a new Apple Watch SE GPS + Cellular 40mm Starlight Sport Band 2022. Credit goes to the workers believe their names were Harrison with a beautiful mullet and Harry, had a great chat about my misses and daughter back home and they gave great tips on the family and i loosing a few pounds. Incredible service from the printing staff /People, they did help a lot w my printing even at last minute!
I saw them having a bad morning due to some rude people and they kept their posture and smiling!!
