Carnegie IGA Plus Liquor

This is a great local supermarket with a good selection of produce at competitive prices, including items that you can't always get elsewhere. I have found the manager to be most helpful and he has ordered items in for me. This is personal service that you don't get at the big supermarkets.

Very friendly and sincere service and nothing too hard when it comes to pleasing their customers.., very wide and uniquely exotic product range especially with chilli spices even from as far a Jamaica. Their commitment to their customers is the best I’ve experienced in Melbourne, thank you IGA Carnegie, very well done!!!

Very friendly and welcoming staff. Not quite sure where the negative reviews for customer service have come from. The place does get pretty busy at certain times and the staff are rushed but it's clear to see they are doing their best. Great store!

Hello i just want to say a big thankyou to your beautiful staff who made my day!!! I ordered afew items through uber and added a note saying please make sure all items are delivered. They didnt hav a certain item in stock so they sent me somethint similar instead with a hand written note saying “sorry we didnt hav what you wanted but we sent you this from us and we hope you enjoy”

I’m pretty sure that although most of IGAs product range are slightly more expensive than their bigger competitors, I feel that their booze section are below the prices of their woolies and coles competition . IGA as a whole does have a great community spirit and their service over the counter is way superior than the rest.

I must say that they have been robbed many times for their easy access cigarettes. I can’t understand why they haven’t taken greater security precautions ie putting Roller Doors or Bars on windows. Perhaps the owner of that shop may not think it’s a good look over their tenants loosing $$ ?

Lots of local products I haven't seen anywhere else; more like an upmarket grocery store but with reasonable prices. The staff are lovely.

After a chat with the manager where I jokingly suggested there was something that wasn't there, and the next time I went in it was there.

These guys and girls are pretty damn good when it comes.to service. And easy to get to and get in and out of, unlike the competition around the corner. And the prices are much different. Love them!

Really good IGA compared to other local ones. More like a gourmet deli supermarket and well stocked bottle shop as well. Staff also very friendly and super clean

im no physicist, but Olivia packed my grocerries up faster than the speed of light- and lucky she did because I was doing a pub crawl but with IGAs, an IGA crawl if you will. My life goal is to go to every IGA in melbourne, I can and will do it. BTW what does IGA stand for. Impeccable Groceries Anonymous?

This is a fabulous supermarket with an amazing selection of products from local and overseas suppliers. I particularly love the cheeses and deli selection.

Nice little local supermarket with bottle shop. They don't stock absolutely everything but they do have some nice boutique products.
