I'm sure you will enjoy the gems, minerals and fossils on display even if you'r not a rockhound, there is something for everyone.
I like to leave the highway wherever possible and it's a great way to break up your trip if you take the old Bruce highway from Puma at Traviston or Kybong traveling south. I had lunch at Helltown Hotrods and stoped in at the Rock shop then bought some native plants at Natives R Us. I think you will love the rocks and minerals.

Owner is a terrific and genuine character who puts his heart into it.

Nice little roadside attraction, hasn't changed since I was a kid.
They have a large selection of rocks, minerals and fossils on display and for sale.
Good prices for trinkets for the kids too.
They aren't on the main highway anymore because of the detour, but it does make the driveway easier to access.

Truly worth a visit. Specimens you'd normally expect to priced out of reach are really affordable.
There is so much to choose from! Ok, you don't get the mystical description of which type of crystal has which healing powers, or whatever, but who cares? The specimens are clearly labelled and are beautiful and unique.

John was wonderful sharing his experience and was so interesting to talk to.
Anybody with an interest in fossils rocks & semi precious gems/ stones would love to see this place thank you very interesting.
