Have you encountered CHARLI at Target TTP yet? If so, let's commend her for her exceptional customer service skills. If not, she's the woman with a radiant and welcoming smile that you'll notice when you come across her.

While waiting in line, I observed how she attentively assists her customers, displaying patience and understanding, especially towards those with children or those who are heavily pregnant and in need of extra assistance. Despite being busy, she always manages to throw a smile my way when our eyes meet. When it was finally my turn, she greeted me with enthusiasm and a warm smile that made it seem like we were old friends.

Many may attribute her behavior to just doing her job, but encountering someone who genuinely enjoys their work and is genuinely happy to interact with people isn't an everyday occurrence.

The place Is clean and organise, recently renovated. A lot product to choose from good quality and service.
Update on Target review 18/1/2024 it looks like they had update or upgraded on some displays. And also Anko brand is on target shelves now.

One of the biggest Target stores in SA. There's huge variety of everything that the retailer has to offer. some nice bargains to be found if you look hard enough. Overall a smooth shopping experience.

Great quality and broad range. Stores are well set out and not crammed or cluttered. Excellent quality for a very competitive price. Fantastic online store also with an easy to navigate site to find what you need and free postage if you spend over $45. Love it.

Just a quick stop to get some wrapping paper and gift bags. Also looked at Jewellery boxes - not a big range didn't find one that I liked, unfortunately. Got through the checkout pretty quick, being Christmas eve. Staff were helpful at checkout queue.

Target is good, they have a good variety and good sales. Easy to do returns, staff are always friendly and helpful, shop is clean and tidy.

Had a good range of clothes on display. Found a lot of cheap good quality shirts for less than $10! Was overall very happy with the variety and sales that they had! Good job!

Wow..just love it up here. What's not to like.just the best...a little secret..the underground parking is free n doesn't have a time limit.yeah! handy for those visiting Modbury Hospital too but always do shopping there before collecting car...

Been meaning to write this review a few weeks.
The friendly man who greets customers and ensures they have checked in has exceptional customer service. Clearly has pride in his job and sets the tone for my shopping experience.

I am very great full to the person that helped me today at Target Tea tree plaza. I was shopping for a last minute attire for an interview. The size that fits me was not available then I asked the shop assistant whether they have the size that I want. She said they don’t have any but some available at a different target. Then she rang that place and booked it for me. Her customer service is above and beyond.

Exceptional customer service provided by Jai at the tech counter on Saturday 3 July 2021 to two boomers trying to buy and understand mobile phones. Service of this kind so rare in this day and age. This young man is a credit to your company, and his assistance was greatly appreciated.

Massive place, plus the ttp triangle and ttp plus, get ya walking shoes on coz y'all gonna burn some calories when you visit. So many stores to visit, they could do with a few more seats for people waiting outside while the other shop but great variety in stores. Food court needs opening up for more space but still heaps of variety!

I contacted Target TTP by phone to find out about the availability of school polo shirts (navy blue). The young lady on the phone was very polite and was able to help me with enquiry. She asked if she could put s hold on the items and that i could come in and have a look at them to make sure they were ok. I said thank you to her and also asked when could go in and check them out. She replied anytime from now and to go to the customer service desk.The service i received from her and also from the young man behind the c/s counter was excellent.

Beautiful large store with plenty of varieties for everyone. Can't really fault it for anything. Great staff, fitting rooms, nice location in side the TTP and all the aspects of the store are well covered with enough stock. Even the clearance side has more stock than any other store. Love it..!

Wow.....some amazing things in Target 🎯 love the new shop. Staff are excellent..all in all a great place to browse.

The store has changed so many times over the years and I kindly like it how it is now.

The staff are friendly as I had an issue with an item as I rang up and they organized a replacement for my item.

As I usually don't shop in this store often but I do enjoy looking around whenever I can

good store. Always have what I am after, stick seems to be replenished regularly. I will say I'm really not a fan of all thenself serve registers though. They should have the same set up as supermarkets where you have a choice.

Lots of really nice shops.plenty of places to eat,cafes,restaurants,take away areas or eat in and always being cleaned.nice areas to have a sit outside in new area. Plenty of rest rooms.plenty to look at.staff really helpful and friendly it works both ways!

Jai gave the absolute best customer service if you come in seek him out cause he will go above and beyond to help!

Cute and affordable clothes and jewellery. Nice array of books and technology. Great place overall. I go here alot for the basics. Kind abd friendly staff that are always happy to help.
