I came into store to purchase 3 pairs of back to school shoes for my children. With just 1 staff member on the floor to assist All areas and 1 staff member on the checkout. I was waiting for 30 mins so i could just get the shoes i wanted and leave without trying on, as i could see they were very busy with 2 staff members to service the store. I approched the young girl that was clearly overwhelmed and asked if i could just get the sizes needed, she asked if i could possibley come back later. I smiled and said sure but went to intersport instead. Were i was met with great customer service and brought the 3 pairs of shoes . Im not here to blame the staff but management, it is January and parents are out getting ready for back to school. Today your store lost a sale of just over 500 dollars.

we got yelled at in the first 5 minutes for moving the basketball shoes when we were looking at the prices, wasn’t a great welcome into the shop
