I ordered over $100 of the Ceremonial Super Premium Matcha to qualify for the express shipping, but it did not arrive in time. When I contacted Matcha Zone about the issue they were prompt in responding and we seem to have resolved the issues.
I understand that there are going to be some issues sometimes, and have so far been very happy with the customer service.

I ordered the Super Premium Grade Matcha and it is luscious! I haven’t had Matcha this good in a long time! So glad I found Matcha Zone! They also sent out the order quickly!

Sadly service and responsiveness has significantly dropped. I ordered 3 bags of their premium quality matcha, and haven’t received it. I’ve followed up twice but no response. Shame. I really enjoyed Matcha Zone’s products. Scratch that! I was replying to the wrong email and Lola never received my message. I switched to the email address on their Facebook page and happy to say I received a response within 20 minutes.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Bought the Premium Grade Matcha from Kyoto. Product quality is there, vibrant green colour of the tea. The price was very affordable also, many other websites have similar 'premium' quality products listed for a much steeper price. Will be coming back here for the ceremonial grade next time.
