I use Poolwerx Kingsley all the time for services and products. They are so friendly and helpful. Prices are fair and the product range is perfect for me. i can always rely on getting top level service each time I go there. Thanks Poolwerx Kingsley!!

I am not one to leave reviews on local businesses but when you receive such a great service I feel it should be acknowledged.

I was served initially by a very helpful and knowledgeable lady at the Poolwerx Kingsley shop and as a result of this I decided to commit to having their mobile services call to my home. I have to say I wish I had done this years ago as I was just playing a guessing game and wasting money using the wrong, and the wrong amount of chemicals. I am confident my pool is now safe for my grandchildren to swim in and it’s never looked so clear and sparkly thanks to the technicians from Poolwerx Kingsley.

Tom and the crew are nice people and willing to help on all pool issues. I’ve found them very friendly and courteous. Prefer to support small businesses like these as apposed to buying pool supplies from Bunnings

I am disappointed at the lack of customer service. A person with a disability enters the store and gets a drum of liquid and the person watches them struggle to lift it and take it to the car rather than provide assistance.

New to the area I arrived with my sample thinking I'd give the local pool shop a go. The lady immediately refused to serve me as I didn't want to give up my name, phone number address and email to buy chemicals. Politely I said that I'd rather not have to give up my personal details just to buy some pool chemicals and she rudely refused to serve me. She told me unless I entered all my details "into her computer", I could not be served. I let her know (politely) that I thought that it seemed like a pretty weird way to do business and she told me to "go back to Bunnings" (as that was where the 'testing bottle' was from, from my previous house)... She added, "If I didn't trust her, she couldn't trust me"... ??? I'm not kidding, she was SO rude and has clearly not heard anything about minimising your digital footprint when and where possible.

So, I took her 'sound business advice', I calmly turned, left her shop and drove straight to my new local Bunnings. It was a short drive, but I got my chemicals tested without having my morning ruined by a rude shop owner.

I'm so glad she showed me her true colours straight off the bat and I didn't spend a penny at her business. I'll try my luck and take my business to one of the two nearby Greenwood or Padbury Pool shops next time round.

On the way home I shook my head at the irony- that I'd gone to this store to get some customer service and form a relationship with my new local pool shop people... and that was what I got?! Well rude Poolwerx lady; good luck to you and your 'business'. With new customer service like that, it's no wonder small businesses like yours are getting crushed by the bigger, cheaper chains.

I thought you should know. That the idiots at Kingsley left a message on my phone. They didn't know they had called me, and it was my house they were talking about.

Kingsley was the store that was servicing my pool. I went into the Joondalup store to buy chemicals and have the water tested. I didn't know the size of my pool though. So they called Kindsley. They told me they didn't have the information.

So anyway, later today, I get this odd message on my phone from the man who used to service my pool.. It's Kingsley and the guy says 'Joondalup called me today, saying do you know the size of the pool at X Street? and I said no, I mean, I might have had it on the system but I'm not giving it to her am I?'.

Do I need to say anymore on this? I am disgusted, outraged, and I can't believe that is how you guys conduct yourselves. This is how you talk about clients behind their backs? Unlucky for you, I have it recorded to my message bank.

Not interested in new business, all we wanted to check the pool water and tell us if we needed any chemicals, but he wouldn’t do it unless we bought the chemicals???!!!
