Amanda and Trish were so helpful & funny and gave fabulous customer service. My hubby needed some new sandshoes & they helped him a lot.
My hubby had recently split his jeans & I was telling them the story of how we came to know that he had a split in his jeans & we could see his red underwear 😂😂😂😂
I wanted to acknowledge how wonderful they were. Great work girls 👍👍👍

Service needs work especially when asked if you can get a shoe size in and told lol no?

Very ordinary service.

Attended on a Thursday evening at 5.30pm, when shop opening hours state they are open until 7pm. Walked past two staff members at entry with no acknowledgement and a smile from another who was busy with service.
Waited 10mins to then be told 'I am sorry, we are going to have to ask you to leave, as we are holding a private event'.
Given that Albany is a city, that services many of the local regional towns and for some Thursday evenings are the only time in which they can travel in to town... this is pretty ordinary. But 'sorry for any inconvenience'.
It is no wonder, Albany is struggle to fill their shops - it would seem retailers, don't actually want nor appreciate their customers.
