The service I’ve received from Chelsea and Fred has been nothing short of EXCEPTIONAL! Absolutely understanding and accomodating to my construction-ever-changing timelines that kept impacting them, not complaining once and always - ALWAYS- with a smile. The communication, the advice, the transparency and finally the workmanship and the quality of work which was meticulously done has been AMAZING. I found this gem of a service based on Google reviews and it’s a disservice to anyone looking for curtains if I don’t share my experience. Well done Ms Curtain!

Very happy with the service provided by Chelsea and Fred. The quote I received from Ms Curtain was half as much as I was quoted by another similar sized company for a similar product. Communication was spot on, and Fred was super friendly during the initial inspection & then installation.

We recently installed curtains and blinds for our newly refurbished house. Chelsea and Fred provided us great advice from choosing the fabric and material to installing the remote control motors and the smart solution as well. Thoroughly an excellent experience for us in the search for our perfect window shutters!! When we first came to Ms.Curtain for some inquiries and advises, Chelsea had showed and explained to us how each types of the shutters work and we found what we had been looking for and decided to go ahead with Ms.Curtain as we feel we are in a very safe hand!

My Husband and myself have just completed a first floor refurbishment in our home. Chelsea was very helpful in showing us samples of curtain fabric for our 2 bedrooms, also a timber Venetian blind for our ensuite bathroom. Fred came out to us in our home, and did Measurements and fitted the curtains and blind for us. Everything was completed in a very efficient and timely manner. We are very pleased with the job.
