Just bought a gorgeous Kachel dress from this store. There was a lovely range of clothes and friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. I will definitely shop here in the future.

I love shopping at your Black Rock store even though I live in Brighton and it is purely because of the excellent, no pressure en genuine service that I get from Drue, the manager.

Was shopping for some clothes here but felt suffocated by the pushy sales assistant, who was either watching my every move, asking if I wanted to try things on that I merely looked at, and look offended when I said that I the item that I did try on wasn't quite the right fit for me. I actually wanted to purchase two expensive items but didn't on principle. I'm sure the lady meant very well, but I wonder how many people and left items they would otherwise buy due to pushy sales tactics.
