The night shift worker is horrible. Never comes out of the back room. I was there the other night for 20 mins ringing bell/ standing in front of main doors/ knocking ect. And he never came out. And multiple customers arrived and left in that time as there was no service. He should be fired as he’s costing the business. I feel bad for the owner paying this guy

Nice service by the lady at the counter. The coffee is still pretty good value and the muffins are good too.

Very friendly and kind staff. Best 7 Eleven I have ever been too. The store is very clean and neat and shelves were well stocked. Well done on providing a friendly service and great store.

I love 7/Eleven Black Rock ever since it opened over 7 years ago with Tripti, Naveeta, Harisima, Sandeep and especially Sristi. And I am so happy Sristi is still there and has excellent customer service and makes me feel welcome. Tasha and Bharrat are excellent new owners and are continuing the tradition with five star service.

Not the cheapest fuel around.

I've bought Steam vouchers from there previously and had to go back because the voucher codes were not activated. Huge waste of time and how hard is it to activate a voucher or two.

The lady that works there isn't very friendly. Their slurpee's were complete liquid and weren't frozen at all, so I threw it out because I didn't want an unfrozen drink. I had only poured a 50c coin size into the cup. she still charged me for the cup. no signage saying that it wasn't frozen yet or anything. I've seen a few reviews about slurpee's so be careful here.

I go to this 7 eleven every weekend to grab a coffee and fuel up diesel in my car, Very very disappointed with the service, First of all they have to work on their customer service that how can you welcome the customers, They don't even say Hi to you when you get in the shop, which make you feel very uncomfortable, All they want is your money and thats it, they do not have to do anything with the customer service, Shirsti was the one on the counter when i walked in, First of all she never said Hi to me which made me feel uncomfortable, and after i grabbed coffee and paid for my fuel she never said Thanks to me, I feel very disappointed with this place, Zero Customer Service at all.
All they Want is Your Money

Beware of the manager here! He will try and charge you for slurpees you haven’t even poured. The store is also messy and doesn’t look like it gets restocked. Go to Sandringham one instead...

My son looks forward to a slurpee on hot days after school, this joke of a place always seems to have a slurpee machine not working on these hot days,losing heaps of business and heaps of disgruntled customers,we've found that the supermarket on balcombe rd has slushies so we'll be going there now.

No coffee because cleaning both machines at the same time.
