Visited to get my wife an anniversary gift, Carol was amazingly Kind courteous and respectful. We are very reserved but she helped me find something tasteful and offered to give my wife and I a tour next time. Highly recommend thank you.!!

I had the most wonderful experience here. This was my first time at an adult store and the lovely employee Drew was the kindest. He explained everything so well and did not make me feel bad for being inexperienced at any point. Thank you Drew for making this experience so wonderful.

I was extremely happy with the time I spent in the Midland store and am disappointed I didn't get the helpful young guy's name to add here as a personal thank you. I was comfortable even though I suffer from major social anxiety because he was so chill. We've been there before a couple of years ago and chatted to the staff for ages. Cool people. I even signed up for their membership card as will definitely be back 👌🏻.

I brought an item and straight away after not a week it when bad and mouldy it had.a.bad smell I had to throw it away as was making me puke the owner said bring it back I said no as it was that bad and I never retunwd to buy another product and I don't think I will after one bad experience

Just purchased a stroker for $180 after having it recommended by a staff member. After getting it home I found it was too small and it was causing discomfort. The store refused to exchange the item for something more suitable even though I am a long-time customer. There were no testers in store and no measurements on the box indicating size or capacity. The manager refused to even talk to me about the issue on the phone instead opting to let one of his staff convey the message to me (useless). The staff are lovely here, but don't go in expecting any loyalty from this store. Hopefully the ACCC hold them accountable once the report clears.
