Their prices are more reasonable than other particular stores in Bendigo too for the same products.

I’ve been going here for two decades and I’ve nearly always found what I’m after. Support local, especially when the service has never faltered.

I've recently been to Fountain Health Foods twice. The first time the lady was SO LOVELY & HELPFUL. She's the reason i went back a second time. Two different ladies the second time and again extremely helpful and lovely. My son had a cough at the time and they offered him a dose of cough mixture and a honey pop. Great Service. Will definitely be returning.

Natural, healthy products and professional and friendly staff . It's amazing shop

A small place full of shelving and products.
Knowlgedable staff.
Real characters.
But,nice.
All kinds of things from
natural shampoos to vitamins and minerals.
Food too,
but,mostly dry staples like gluten free,sugar free biscuits,pasta etc.
Allergy free makeup and magnetic products.
Gin gins(ginger/travel),
plus the other usual stuff
you find in a natural/organic shop.

A hidden gem with all the stock they have at really good prices. Staff are always kind and helpful.

Thank you to the lovely lady that helped me on Friday with menopause hot flushes and all things nasty Thank you everything has worked and feeling so much better a life saver xx

Great little store! I pop in here quite abit. I must say though, since changing hands some of the staff could brush up on their customer service skills. A smile goes a long way :)

Nowhere near enough range. Asked someone there if they sold Shilajit as I was trying to locate some. Woman made fun of me and condescendingly tried to tell me Shilajit was cement which it 100 percent is not. Maybe the staff there should be more researched for customer queries in future

Went there a few times UNFORTUNATELY due to the 'don't care 'attitude of the salesgirls it makes you want to leave the shop even that they do have some interesting products there. The salesgirls are so UNWELCOMING that I ask myself where are the friendly and professional salespersons gone!!!!

A suggestion to the owner: Please give proper training to your salesgirls as each time I have been there in Bendigo I have noticed that the girls keep on chatting with their friends who were not even customers and they give you the impression that they don't need customers there!!!!

They won't even greet you when you come in that shop less they would propose to help you.

So, if you are the owner I would come regularly in my shop to see what's going on because the attitudes's of your staff will not only repel customers from your shop BUT will also invite shoplifters as the girls don't care AT ALL about customers and their duty as responsible salespersons. Those girls don't have their place in retail in Bendigo!
