They’re getting 5 stars for the service - honestly the Bendigo Myer staff are always friendly & helpful. I’ve had to do a few returns on online shops and they’re on to it, pick up in stores have always been easy and stress free, the staff in the toy devotion are always there to assist, same with the ladies I’ve been served by in the make up section lingerie department. Some staff have gone out of their way to be more helpful than expected which has been refreshing on a stressful day. I was shocked that the Myer store still looked the same as it did 20 years ago & the escalator from ground floor to level one definitely needs a warning sign for the jolt you get on it (hold on tight, it’s a bit rickety)

Diana was a prime example of what CUSTOMER SERVICE is about she was so helpful and incredibly gracious with her time. Thank you so much.

Staff are very helpful. Maybe it's the country way but when I visit my friend who lives in Bendigo, I can't help but compare with city of Melbourne. I purchased pyjamas which were on sale and even more discount as I had a Rewards voucher. Specials in men's wear and children's wear seemed genuine. It's strange that's it's cheaper to buy clothing than food!

Loved my experience at Myer Bendigo! I came into the menswear section and was greeted by Jeremiah. He was phenomenal! Amazing customer service and incredible product knowledge. He went above and beyond to give me the best experience possible! Will definitely come again.

We had a brilliant experience at Myer Bendigo today. Mark in menswear provided the ultimate customer service resolving a membership query. He was kind, patient, friendly and spent the time needed to ensure our issue was resolved fully. The entire experience was a pleasure.

Bought some underwear at a great price whilst visiting Myer Bendigo on 9 July 2022. Amazing service that day at about 4pm.

Rang today to see if there was more of the same garment available and had the best service ever! Thank you so much Debbie?? in the underwear department and Katherine at the Hub who arranged postage to my home in Melbourne. The service provided was outstanding!! Two amazingly helpful young ladies.

The staff make this store. Every staff member I have dealt with give excellent friendly service. All willing to help you. I wish all Myer stores had staff like this one. Very positive shopping experience

Haven't been here for a long time, and
I came here today for work with a client, for an old building that needs some work, it still looks ok inside.
We found the staff very friendly and very helpful with what we were looking for.

Wait for sales:) end of season sales and clearance would be the best time to shop. If your looking for Superdry clothing brand like me, you can find it here.

First floor got the baby section, female, cosmetics and male section.

2nd floor is the Home and appliances section.

3rd floor got the bed mattress, bed frames, and children's toys.

Very Helpful and patient staff. The deals are unreal. Mates rates :)

Loved it, loved the locals and loved the variety of items. An absolute pleasure to shop at, hence spent a fortune. Bendigo is not a small regional town it's big on all they do ❤

I was extremely happy with my recent experience at Myer Bendigo. I had been searching for a larger size in an origami flower girl dress due to my wedding being postponed last year to this year, and Bendigo was the only store that had one item showing. Heidi and Valerie demonstrated great professionalism and customer service whereby they ensured that this dress was available, in good condition and posted out to me. In addition to this, I purchased the original size over 12 months ago and during this time, it was on sale. However, Heidi acknowledged the impact of COVID on my original wedding day; and without me even asking (as I was happy to pay the full price and not the price that I had a credit note for), Heidi processed the dress at the price that I originally paid and charged no extra cost for postage; and compassionately stated that I can put the extra money towards my wedding.
I was in awe and could not believe the wonderful customer service that I was lucky to receive. I’ve had varying experiences at Myer but I have to say, this was the best so far.
Thank you so much, Heidi and Valerie. Despite the fact that securing a flower dress that I’ve always loved may seem like a small thing; it has made my whole year, and has made the process leading up to the wedding much more smooth sailing.

Really helpful staff, they took the time to really consider my needs when looking for work wear and helped me try something I would not normally try! I'm a bit disappointed that they don't have the full range in store as there was a dress and a blazer I really wanted to try on and likely purchase but apparently they don't get a lot of the clothes in store, which really sucks as I don't like to have to return items from online shopping. But thanks to the girl who helped me!

Lilla in Menswear is a total champion. Spent hours with us sorting out a totally new wardrobe. Put pieces together that I would never have envisaged. We are delighted with all our purchases, the service and attention to detail. Well done Myer!!
