Macca's is a farm and a great place to visit when touring the area. We stopped in for a late lunch on a Friday and it was very quiet.
They have a small produce store where you can pick up vegies, meats, jams, chutnies, small gifts etc.
The menu isn't huge, more of a café with indoor and outdoor seating. If you sit outside there are nice views of the farm, with the occasional chickens and pigs rooting around nearby.
We had a couple of Reuben sandwiches and an amazing steak sandwich.
The Reuben was delicious with a generous filling, only complaint was it wasn't on Rye bread, but white instead.
The Steak sandwich was one of the best we've ever had, with a large, extremely tender and juicy piece of steak at its heart.
Amazing and highly recommended!
Cafe is licensed and we drank some interesting local craft beers with our meals.
You can order a range of picnic hampers or meals that can be eaten outside on the property......there are a couple of lakes with lush grass surrounds, picnic tables and shady trees.
If you have youngsters, keep an eye on them as it is a working farm, the lakes aren't fenced, pigs and chickens are wandering around etc.
They farm there own animals and butcher and prepare onsite, meat, various sausages, Salamis, smallgoods etc are in the shop as well as cheeses, jams, chutnies and pickles, honey, etc.
All made onsite or locally sourced.
We bought some spicy kabana to take home and it was delicious, lightly spiced, fragrant, moist with a delightful texture.
Staff are fantastic, very friendly and knowledgeable about their products.

A truly hidden gem that’s tucked away just 1km down a picturesque dusty track - well worth the detour.
Super friendly staff. The Maccas Farm Breakfast is huge and so delicious. The Rueben toasted sandwich was sensational.
Excellent coffee too.

The cafe has limited seating inside so you should definitely call and book in advance. There are several covered tables outside on the veranda, and also some bench-tables on the grass but they are open to the elements.
Pick your own strawberries available right next to the cafe/ farm shop.
There’s a farm shop selling farm fresh meats and vegetables.

Absolutely wonderful, warm and welcoming place and staff. And the food, ultimate comfort food.
Had to return the next day for breakfast.
Plus stocked up on veggies and a lamb roast from the adjoining store.
Also do yourself a favour and get some homemade crumpets.
Also there are puppers, piggies and chickens all around. It's a great place. Can't wait to be back.

We had a great a at time. Picked strawberries late morning. Delicious 😋. Lunch was great as well. A glass of local Merlot along with a Kassler Chop ... from the free range pigs that roam around the place. We will be back.

Smallgoods meat processing factory smell of smoking was like balm on my wounded soul. Well stock farm shop, even better for meat lovers like me. Very friendly pigs and piglets (bacon still alive 😅). Good simple but very very tasty menu. Cakes were just to die for. Good coffee. So tick all the boxes of decadent disabled dad 👍🤠. I'll be back.

Best pancakes I’ve ever had (sorry Mum!) with nicely cooked bacon, fried egg and maple syrup - totally delicious.

Plus, the amazing produce they have for sale was soooo good. Huge potatoes that roasted beautifully, and super tasty beef sausages were our favorites.

Looking forward to visiting again for more amazing food.

Omg the strawberries are amazing. The produce looks so fresh. I'm suprised it's not so well known. If the Cafe reopens it would get 6 stars!

Great for the kids. My little one loved picking strawberries, though it was hard to stop her from eating them straight away. Produce was great, got some honey from rescued bees. While we were there they fed the pigs and piglets which the kids loved.

Lovely owners, friendly community atmosphere and our 2 year old loved seeing animals, playing with the dogs and running amongst the strawberries. Produce was super fresh, literally paddock to shop and reasonably priced. Great to have delish produce locally grown!

Wonderful range of produce - great variety of super fresh vegetables, some fruit, eggs, honey, artisan bread and locally raised meat. Freshly made baked goods too. The quiche is excellent. Well worth a tiny detour from the highway.
