I rented a shipping container whilst we were moving houses.
The rates were very competitive.
Access to the site is super easy and I could park in frot of the shipping container.
The container was in great condition.
Owners are friendly and helpful.

I would not hesitate to use these facilities again.

fantastic set up, large level storage area with ample room to safely reverse, security gated with facility to have the caravan weighed pre trip and area for cleaning the van post tripa. Jenni and Dean have both been very approachable and helpful when needed, and we did on at least one ocasion. the only downside is a bit of a drive to get down to the storage site, but once you are there your problems are over. highly recommendeded.

We stored all our household goods and furniture for 12 months with this brilliant family owned business. The property is very secure and private. We recently moved our goods back into our new house, and were very happy to see everything was as perfect as the day we stored the goods, such as fridges, dining table, large sofas, lounges, art work, house styling effects etc. Jenni and Dean are wonderful to deal with and we will continue to store our caravan with them.

Jenni has been fantastic to deal with. The undercover storage is great for prolonging the life of the van. Very safe and secure facility with pin pad access.

We stored our cars here while overseas for a few months. Very professional and friendly service and competitive pricing. We had no concerns about the safety of the vehicles while in storage as the premises is very secure. Would highly recommend.

When I needed to store my prised possessions I struggled with some of the images I got in my head as to how my possessions would be stored. Firstly a strange place and possibly not very secure, secondly a storage area that may resemble a bit of a dump BUT when I entered the grounds of Bass Coast Boat & Caravan Storage I was in shock and disbelief that such a professional place exists. Starting with the polite and ever obliging business owners, you then have to drive through a camera secured and remotely operated electronic security gates and into the grounds where you will find very tidy and well cared for areas to park your boat or caravan, there are many undercover spacious spots, I also had a need to store all my tools from a workshop I had, not a problem here as they also have many sealed containers for you to hire. The property is very easily accessed and the delivery truck driver was very impressed with the ease of access to my container. 10 out of 10 guys, very glad we found your business and doing business was an absolute pleasure . Will definitely make your facilities number one choice when next in need.

I have used Bass Coast Boat and Caravan Storage for my caravan and can certainly recommend them as a great facility. Jenni was always a pleasure to talk to, access was easy and prompt and the rates were very reasonable. If all businesses were this nice to deal with then the world would be a much nicer place.

A great family run business and an excellent storage facility for our 24ft Bailey caravan.
Nice and spacious, with plenty of room to park the van and not crammed in like sardines which you may find at some other places.
We feel that our caravan is very safe and secure and easily accessible whenever we need to use it.

After much searching and no success at finding storage for our new ,large caravan (22''6) in the south eastern suburbs , we finally came across Bass Coast Boat and Caravan Storage.
From the initial contact with Jenni who assured us that our caravan would be welcome, we arrived later that week to be greeted by Jenni .( and her friendly dog )
As newbies to recent caravaning (and much more technology than 30 years ago ), Jenni suggested that we take our time and practice reversing as there was plenty of space.
For us Jenni and Dean's caravan storage has been a blessing as we often do our trips down Gippsland way and find it convenient to be able to collect and drop off our van on the way with the knowledge that our caravan is secure when in storage.

Jenni is very approachable, friendly and responds quickly to emails and has made the process of caravan storage very easy. We have no hesitation in recommending storing a caravan with Jenni and Dean's Bass Coast Boat and Caravan Storage.

We've sold our boat and won't need the storage any more which is a sad day as i'll actually miss the trips to the storage place and the friendly dogs and owners :) . The owners are super friendly and are willing to accommodate the storers needs with storage solutions and to allow access to their stored goods when they can.
Its my first time to ever use a caravan and boat storage and I must say that I enjoy meeting and greeting Jenni and Dean and their beautiful family as I store my item.
I feel that my camper is safe and well protected.
I would highly recommend to any body that requires storage solutions for big toys.

The proprietors make the whole storage process very simple; from explaining available storage spaces and pricing to completing documentation, the overall experience for a first timer like myself was very straight forward.

Any questions I had were responded to very quickly and the way the facility is run (which continues to improve all the time) means that one's assets remain highly secure at all times, yet are easily accessible. I was so happy with the experience, I added a second space to my list! I have stored both a car and a boat here. It was very simple to arrange. They make it really simple to take out and bring back at short notice. A phone call is all it takes. The property has electronic gates and security cameras for peace of mind and it is great how they are continually improving the facility. Highly recommended.

Dean and Jenni have been looking after my boat since I had to move overseas for work. I can't praise their service highly enough. Communication is fantastic and they are incredibly helpful.

I have been using this storage facility for two years. It is well positioned (close to Coronet Bay and Corinella boat ramps). It is very secure and the service is excellent. I highly recommend this business.
