The people that complain about no cash need to get over it and realise it’s 2024. A business doesn’t have to accept cash.

This shop is full of everything kitchen. Gadgets for everything from storing your half-eaten avocado to separating eggs. Knives, ceramic dishes, saucepans. Stock from floor to ceiling. Helpful staff.

Excellent homewares and service

A mixed experience. After deciding on a knife block online, I called to see if they would honour the online price in store as I was heading past on my way home, but was told the extra 15% off online couldn't be applied so when I went to place the online order when I got home, I realised I could select click and collect. I then got a call 15 mins later to say it was available to collect. (Good turnaround time but dumb process!)
I grabbed a few other things in store that were on clearance but was told they don't accept cash?
Like other House stores, their standard prices are exorbitant but constant sales make things a bit more reasonable

After spending 10 minutes looking for something and having a staff member walk by me and ignore me, I was finally asked if I needed help with something by a lady standing by the register, I answered yes then asked her why I had been ignored to which I got the answer " I was doing the emails " my comment, " what's more important the emails or a customer " the reply it was a "flagged email " so the emails are more important.
Also they didn't have the item that is listed on their website and if I wanted it I had to pay a delivery fee, I am in-store why should I pay a delivery fee?

No cash sales! That's ridiculous. Customer should be allowed to pay with whatever they wish. Not being forced to used card only.
If they want to accept card only, maybe they shouldn't have a store. They should stay online only.

Absolute worst customer service that I have ever experience. Employee involved were Kate and Tina. Definitely never going back there. I came in with a guarantee product(baccarat pots). One of the pots had a broken handle and the other one had the non stick coating coming off. I was basically told it must’ve fallen and broken and they have not been looked after well. I am shocked about this misjudgment and I will customer care about this issue.

Too many items not priced, looks like a deliberate ploy to have customers ask prices so their sales people can work on you to validate thier high prices
