Love this store. Location is great and Gerri and the staff are fabulous. The choice of clothing is amazing and such gorgeous fabrics. A must for me when im in Fremantle. X

We bought a blouse then discovered when we got home that it had four holes in the fabric.

Resolving this was a huge hassle. No apologies were given when we phoned to be told that we had to take it back. Nothing could be done over the phone as the "boss" wasn't there. When we did return we were offered a credit note, not a refund. Eventually a refund was given with great difficulty.

Whilst we liked the clothes here we cannot recommend the customer service in any way.
