We purchased a mobility scooter and collected it today. The service was amazing, the owner came up with ideas for mounting my oxygen bottle and for a cup holder. He was just so helpful, nothing was to much trouble. He spent time with us to make sure we knew how to use it and how to pack it in the car. I highly recommend them.

I was struggling to sort out my son's e scooter brakes and the guys at Port City Cycles were very helpful. They booked the scooter in for a service, ordered in the correct parts and got the scooter back to brand new condition. They replaced a tube which was a nightmare to do and probably took them a lot longer than they charged me. And they are nice people. Thank you, I'll be back!

I don't usually do reviews, but these people were super helpful, friendly and honest. Needed an exploded tyre replaced, couldn't find the right one anywhere, except here. Called them, and picked it up in an hour, along with some extra helpful information getting stubborn tyres seated. Thank you!

Long overdue review of Rod & the Port City Cycles team... been bringing our ebikes to Rod for service and repair for over a year now and the service is always exceptional and the price reasonable. It's so good to deal with someone who rides & repairs bikes himself, rather than an administrator or salesperson who doesn't necessarily have the love or knowledge of bikes like Port City Cycles. We recently hired a tandem bike from Rod. He provided quick,reliable and honest service to assist us in our last minute request. He just made things happen. Nothing was too much trouble. I bought my new Avanti Explorer e-bike from this lovely family owned and run business about 5 weeks ago. I really appreciate their genuine customer service, trust and kindness. My bike has been going great guns and I'm so happy with it! Definitely recommend this business to anyone considering a new bike.... and accessories too for that matter!

I can't recommend this place enough. Have had my bikes serviced several times over the past few years before they relocated from around the corner, as well as picking up a few bits and bobs. Friendly and helpful service and I will be back.

Have had nothing but excellent experiences here from Rod and his team. He helped me out today with an emergency escooter tyre repair and had it back to me within a couple of hours, going all the extra miles. Can't recommend this business enough.

Me and my wife recently purchased 2 Electra Townie e bike’s from Rod. Second set of bikes we’ve purchased here. Rod and his staff have always been friendly , helpful and shared their knowledge. Once bikes were ordered we were always kept in the loop and after service is exceptional.

Super helpful service - they kindly fitted the bike rack that I'd bought to my car, and also fixed / adjusted some things on my bike for free. Lovely shop - v much recommended!

Rear wheel of my roadbike was damaged and needed to replace it. Live close from Port City Cycles so went there. Got helped immediately. Within just ten minutes had a brand new wheel in my bike for a super affordable price which saved me a lot of time and inconvenience doing it myself. On top of that my gears and breaks got adjusted (so they are working smoothly once again) without being charged for that. Thanks for the great help!

My mother and I just don’t know how to express our gratitude to them! They truly light up our day! We hired 2 bikes from this store for cycling in the Rottnest Island and supposed to return 4:00pm the next day. But the ferry was delayed due to the storm and we had a awful day on the Island, I phoned the store for inquiring the solution as we would arrived 6:15pm (one hour later than the closure) and planned to leave Fremantle that night. At first, they kindly thought about our situation and offered that we can locked the bike nearby without any extra charge. But when we finally arrived nearly 7pm and was passing by the store, we are stopped by the manager, he just waited us for 2 hours! I thought I’ll remember for long time of the cheerful voice ‘Hey, ladies!’. The words just felt like with temperature in the bleak cold wind.

A great central Freo location, so its "Run by Cyclists for Cyclists". Also Rod's leadership on the Saturday Morning Group rides, has helped me, and others become better confident riders.👌🚴‍♂🚴‍♂🙋‍♂

I wanted a product that was listed on the website of a company across east. Port City Cycles was listed as the Perth agent. They did not keep stock, but happily ordered the product for me. Unfortunately the product failed (no fault of PCC). I returned the product and was immediately offered a full refund - no arguments. I can highly recommend Port City Cycles for their professionalism and integrity. You can shop there with peace of mind that you will be treated well.

Great place to hire a quality road bike in Fremantle. Cannondale CAAD10 with 105 for a good price.

I have been to four bike shops with varying success, walked in to this place with my expectations set reasonably low.
How wrong I was, the gentleman who served me was pleasant very informative and walked out knowing so much more than when I walked in. I didn't buy a bike but I will certainly go back to deal with this shop.

I rented bikes here on two different days. The staff were friendly, quick and efficient. The bikes were two of the best I have ever rented - well maintained, good shifting and tire pressure. And the rat s were very reasonable.
