Service was great. I received an email to say I had left things in my cart instead of it being ready, but that was sorted quickly and in person was very helpful and suggested I check my order - I had forgotten the most important part!
He even knew the part number off the top of his head.

Great customer assistance and care taken when I attended the store yesterday. A faulty dog clipper was tested for a number of possible faults by the keen to assist and technically knowledgeable staff.Thanks for your first class service.

I managed to jam the battery in my guitar tuner by inserting it incorrectly. After trying to remove the battery myself, I was convinced all I had done was kill the tuner. On my way to buy another, I went into Jaycar Springvale.
A nice young man named Alex stepped up with gadget CPR, he persevered with grips, tweezers and bloody-minded determination until tadaaaaaah - out came the battery. In went the new one, and my tuner was alive and well again.

I went into the store with not a clue as to what I was doing. I knew what I needed but really no idea of how to use it.
The young woman who served me could not have been more helpful.
She took time to explain it to me in a way that I understood..
I left the store feeling much more confident than when I entered.. I only wish that I had noted her name..

John was amazing. Installed a new battery in an old dustbuster for me which I thought was going to have to be thrown out. Couldn't recommend him & their service highly enough. Excellent value for money. Thank you John :) !

Great shop. Always willing to help. It helps if you know a little about electronics before going in there. I had to return a faulty item and they replaced it no questions with my receipt. As I have been going there for years I believe I have had the chance to rate their service. Highly recommended..!

The assistance I received from not 1, but 2 gentleman was truly fantastic. Very knowledgeable (and patient) duo, as I fumbled my way through my project/wish list. I was offered alternate solution, which was greatly appreciated. I will be back.

Good place to by electronic parts components for radios antenas!

I had to rewire / redo my 12 v system in our yacht. It was working but old and tired. Due to no auto elects available at Loch Sport where we keep the yacht, I had really had no choice but do it myself.
After many visits, much advice and at times I never purchased anything, the job came up a treat. I couldn’t be happier and couldn’t have done it with out them.
When I say them, it was particularly the manager who’s name escapes me and the assistant manager. Again I can’t recall his name.
Ripping and extremely helpful blokes.... 👍👍👍
