Spotlight Sandown

Doesn't matter if it spotlight sandown or fountain gate, I love this place. Picked up some good deals at both to create my Christmas presents.

I would like to say that this shop is so much fun to visit. The service is great. I'm an avid sewer and Nargis from apparel, Theresa from front of house and Beth are very helpful and gave good suggestions. Theresa helped me find things that others didn't know existed. One of my go-to places for sewing items. Please keep up the good work.

Great store easy to navigate, has all the crafting essentials you need for that next project. Lots of helpful staff and prices are pretty reasonable. Great for the novice right up to the expert. For either hand or machines projects, big or small.

Today we went to buy some curtains. We had no idea about the materials. However, we met one of the sales girls (Bhagya).
She helped us in many ways. Such as explaining the quality of the material, types of curtains and etc.
We are so lucky to get service from her.
She provided quality customer service.👍🏻

I just visited the store to get some gift wrapping paper.
I'd like to extend my compliments to Roma from the party section of the store.
She helped me wrap up my gift boxes with the wrapping paper after seeing me struggling to wrap them up myself.
She approached me without being prompted.
That's what great customer experience feels like.

Went in for Halloween costumes found everything needed and more to make the whole night a hit. So much variety and so much more to offer i didnt have time to look at the whole store. Will be back

The lady in the curtains department was a wonderful help - with meterage, size etc. Patient and smiley. I haven't sewn curtains for over 30 years.... She was very Knowledgeable - just what you need in a craft store. Excellent

What a big store with anything and everything they sell. Found great cushions for my bedroom and also some cleaning items a well for kitchen area. Liked this store a lot.

great store, has crafts and things to use when doing sewing to knitting and lots of fabric to choose from to a place where can order party balloons and dress up too.

I bought new doonas at this store yesterday. I selected goose feather/down combination and was amazed by how warm, light and comfortable it felt. As a result, I had the best night's sleep on a very cold night.
The staff at this store are always friendly and helpful. Yesterday I met Theresa, who helped me with my purchase. She was friendly, helpful and approachable. Her customer service was exceptional as she went out of her way to ensure that I got what I wanted and went away happy. Easy to find everything needed, customer service staff were lovely.

All the staff are so friendly. There's an extensive range of homewares and linen and everything else in between! Large carpark right out front making it easily accessible to load the car up. Love this store!

When in to Spotlight looking for curtains. Stock was unavailable. However, the staff were very helpful and friendly. So many beautiful, quirky stuff the home. Picked up 2 beautiful prints for bedroom and dining area.

A great place to get crafty stuff including wool. They usually have a vast range of options and plenty of starter kits for cross-stitch, resin, and painting. The store also has household items for the kitchen and bedroom.
