Kmart Sanctuary Lakes

Had a fantastic experience today in the living department area Couldn’t find the item I was looking for, asked for help and a young man advised the last one was just sold. I advised him I was actually after the oak colour and he mentioned he just seen them come in on a delivery and went to go check, bring me one and get me set up in a trolly as it was a heavy item. Thank you to the young man who helped.

Very good Kmart, always find what I need. I loose track of time in this store because there is so much to look at .👍🏼

Great to see Kmart moving with the times and getting tech savvy in response to Phillips HUE brand of smart home and electrical accessories. Kmart have decided to introduce there own brand product which already has over twelve different products and accessories on the market. The difference here is half the price compared to Phillips brand and thus far you cannot tell a difference with these. Sure Phillips currently have more options in their range but as this is a new product from Kmart it will take time to market and get all the products which are still under development out. My advice give it a go

Local Kmart with everything you’d expect to see. One of the few places around that still offer photo printing. There was the absolutely sweetest young lady, brunette curly hair, who went out of her way to help me when I was confused with photo printing for the first time as well.

Great Kmart - the selection of household items and exercise equipment and clothing is great. Based inside the Sanctuary Lakes, it’s convenient, there’s always plenty of parking and the customer service team is fantastic.

I made an appointment for Click and Collect this afternoon. I did have to enter the centre to collect my parcel from front of store. Apparently staff absences had put pressure on their colleagues. But because I had made an appointment for collection I managed to jump the queue. Excellent. Service was excellent! Well done!!!

Great place to hangout, great modern shop and its quite a large size. Everything is spaced out well and there's no clutter so it's definitely a good Kmart. Also great prices as expected from Kmart

This is one of my favourite Kmarts! The store is always clean and well stocked. Great variety of products and well fitted out. The staff are always friendly and willing to help! Trading hours are extended weeknights, I find this very useful if I need to run down for some quick last minute needs. Great store.

Very happy with the service provided. Staff are really friendly and keen to help. They just get the printing order done on the spot, though it’s typically a next day service.

The Kmart at Sanctuary lakes has friendly staff. The store was clean and was very well covid-19 precautions. There was deal on the electronics and had great quality t-shirts. The prices are reasonable and affordable. I will go again for shopping.

I met this other girl coincidently her name is also Alana! She was a great help and knew what she was doing! She looked like she enjoys her job which makes customers want to come back! would definitely recommended. this store!! Amazing customer service

One of my favourite department stores. It has all the main things I need for the home and car as well. There is always new products and is well stocked. It is also well staffed and I do love the price check scanners strategically placed around the store. I am impressed with the COVID19 practices as there are lots of hand sanitising stations, with trolley wipes, and lots of signs and directions on keeping social distancing. Well done K mart.

Did our first click and curbside collect. Went to the entrance closest to Kmart and found the pickup bay. Would have apprecite bigger signage but overall the experience was pretty straightforward and painless.

I would like to send my thank you to all the staff that helped me at this site on Monday 4th January. I was missing1 piece from a swing set that I bought my 3 grand-children for christmas -online by after pay. I had already paid 3 payments and only had one more to go soon. I was told online to take items back to kmart store for refund or renewal.Being a swing set this seemed a bit over the edge for me to do this. I went to Kmart, Point Cook to enquire if there was a easier way to do this. From the young lady at the front of the store as I entered was so helpful and sent me to customer service where the young lady listened to my problem and phoned her manager who was very swift in finding the right piece which they must of taken out of another swing set that had the missing part I needed. My daughter and myself would like to thank all these people for their time and effort and made us so happy. I am a very happy customer but would like kmart to say thank you to the staff who were more then willing to go out of their way to help me. Please appreciate them as I have. I work in hospitality and everyone needs to be appreciated and I hope you will let these staff members know the have gone above and beyond their work ethics.

Well organised. Friendly young staff. Have plenty of mobile accessories. It's my go to place for tempered glass screen for iPhone, $5 isn't that bad. Plus wonderful place to get photo mugs etcs for customised gifts.

It’s amazing how you can buy a variety of not so expensive things at KMart and turn them into products of high quality.. My wife often cooks and presents her creations in the most amazing manner and make me feel I am staying in a resort.. all thanks to affordable items bought at KMart
