Most satisfactory online purchase ever! Evatech provided update and notifications on the order status timely and in detail for multiple stages, from order comfirmed all the way through to delivery. Got my desktop in 2 days after order, compare to my previous order from scoptec that stayed for 2 weeks waiting for parts, and no communication at all. Recommending it to all of my friends needing a new desktop.

Our custom-built Evatech PC arrived early this year and we just have to say what clean and beautiful job you guys have done with it. We found ourselves staring at it and admiring the work for a few minutes before finally turning the PC on. We’ve already rendered a few projects using this new system and it is performing really well.

I love working with my new super powerful computer built for video editing, using adobe products. I am very pleased with the quality of the build and especially the fancy-colored lights generated, gives the computer a great Sci-Fi futuristic look; and the computer is very fast. Evatech was easy to deal with and had the computer built and ready within a week. They were also very fast with a response to a couple of queries I had. Overall, an A+

I have purchased 4 gaming computers so far and everyone is still running, not a problem after 6 years. I would recommend getting them to make the build to suite your budget than getting a pre-done box.

Bought a PC from EVATech after looking around at a few other suppliers in Melbourne in 2020.
Prior to ordering I was able to have all my questions answered and some custome upgrades added to the package I had selected.
As a tech user but not a tech expert in was so grateful to not only have someone patiently answer and explain anything I was unsure about, but at no time was I made to feel stupid or silly for asking and the team made sure I was clear and totally understood anything I was asking.
Since purchase I have been able to email the team and ask questions about upgrading pieces to the PC and get general advice with the same level of care and professionalism.
This month my PC suddenly stopped working, the team emailed me some troubleshooting tips to try before I brought it in for a look over. When I did drop it in they were welcoming and tried a few quick fixes to see if I could get back to gaming in the same day. Unfortunately it wasn't to be but they have kept me in the loop on what's happening, reminded my of my warranty and again they have gone above and beyond explaining the fault, the fix and answering all my questions.

I tell everyone to come to EVATech for PC help and will be a lifelong customer!

I was doing research on how to build my own computer and contacted Evatech. I was very impressed when they offered me advice and wouldn't even accept any payment for their consultantation.

I was also impressed in particular with Ryan from sales. He was very fast to respond to emails and gave me unbiased, general advice on how to improve build, without pressure to sell me on their in house services or products.

A very genuine, knowledgeable, confident team who are friendly and easy to talk to. Highly recommend them to people in the process of building or upgrading a computer.

I am approaching 80, am not intuitively IT gifted, and I miss my years of flying. With the help of my interstate (IT gifted) son I had a computer and monitor built by Evatech for a flight simulator to last me many years. I was attracted to their website where I learnt more about Evatech and chose them to build the computer. I highly recommend them for their quality of service and help and (in my case!) their patience and always willing support in responding pre and post sale to my many questions, when I often didn’t understand something. and helping me pre and post sales.
