Very friendly and reliable staff, very helpful and considerate and go above their ways to assist you. Kids and I always look forward to dropping in as anything that you may want is right at your door step. Couldn't fault it and highly recommended 👌

The lady that is mostly there is always helpful. When i started to go I'd awkwardly go searching and now I ask her as soon as I enter and she tells me exactly where it is or if she doesn't have it.
Yes she's told my children to not touch certain things when they come with me, they're kids - LOL

It’s a good bargain store with reasonable prices. The staff member was nice. It’s a little cramped but that’s what you expect in a variety shop (plus is means there’s more bargains to be had!!)

Disgustingly rude staff, overpriced products, and destroyed packaging.

Me and my sons went into the store to buy a clock and some toys that we saw online. However, the clock was $20 overpriced and when asked about it the front lady kept arguing at us. Then we went to go see the toys and there was a bunch opened and on the ground so she wanted us to pay for them all because apparently on the cameras we had destroyed them all. This got me fuming so I told her not to worry about anything because we were leaving, but she kept yelling at us to put all the stock away and to pay for the already broken toys, so we just walked out.

To conclude this review, I will be informing family and friends not to shop here due to the incident that occured.

So many have commented on how rude the lady is. Well I found that out today in spades!! I was returning a product that was well within my consumer rights to ask a refund for but she would only offer me a store credit. Obviously did not like me challenging her and it got quite heated, but ultimately she refunded me. But I’m not allowed back oh dear 🤣🤣🤣 Businesses with scruples and good old customer service I’m afraid are becoming harder and harder to find and it’s so refreshing if you do find it. It was sadly lacking today. No stars if it was possible.

Everything was way too overpriced and my family was treated with disrespect as she made us uncomfortable by watching us in every aisle and accusing us of stealing when we were about to spend a lot of money, I was finished with this so I left my stuff on the counter and left

Well and truely OVERPRICED! Had a price under some colour hairspray for 2.99. When I went to the counter I paid without even thinking and realised she charged me $23.95 for 4... When I went back to question her and ask for a refund I was told that they didn't do refunds for change of mind. It wasn't a change of mind, it was a false pricing. When I went to check, she picked up the ticket and said that it was for a hair brush. There weren't even any hairbrushes nearby and the ticket was directly under it.

She was extremely rude to her customers and wouldn’t let anyone touch anything at all

Usually when we go, there is a nice Fijian man.

Last we went had a horrible lady, who just watched us thinking we would steal. Terrible service. We will go elsewhere now.

Very rude lady👎She doesn’t know how to talk and deal with customers. She really Need to learn how to deal with customers. Will never go back.

She just a nasty piece of work...customer skills are rubbish...need Aussies back in and not foreigners
