Coles Express - Pimpama

They are my local petrol station and what makes it great is the staff. Excellent customer service with a real corner store feel because of that.

Hayley, The most heartwarming lady. Today i only figured out her name this morning as i forget to look bc i’m too focused on our daily chats. She’s so kind and she deserves more than she’s given. If you see this, have such a blessed day you’re an amazing person.

Most expensive in Pimpama but cheaper than anywhere else on the Gold Coast. $1.85 compared to $1.89 at Currumbin as of 16/02/2024.

The Staff here are always pleasant, you can use your coles fuel dokits and flybys also.

Coles at pimpama would have to be the worst coles on the Gold Coast to do a full shop they never have stock I need it is so frustrating They never re stock

I went there 3 times in a row and coffee machine always out of order ..I think Coles have enough fund to put this coffee machine in the bin and bring the new working one ..

Bad customer service.. I normally wouldnt say anything because Ive worked in hospitality my whole adult life and know how hard it can be.
But the woman who served me was absolutely awful... rolling her eyes and huffing and puffing. I have encountered her a few times now and she is always quite rude but the last time just took the cake.
